Done made a payment on 10hb February 2023. Remark is DEL 47. Understand the busy of the business. Also i was informed my product Is between 7-14 days. It just i didnt get invoice yet as Monday (13hb February 2023). I hope you noticed this review and quickly give me the invoice even though i made payment first before invoice was raised. My expectation not so high but please keep in touch with customer

7-14 days is acceptable but i always get bad experience which I always got delay due to staff don’t update my enquiry. Hopefully not facing the problem here. Keep your customer with good experience and the customer will recommend to their friends.

Ok. Smp skrg elok lagi. Berbaloi sy beli. Sdh 4 tahun guna. Kalau ada kreta baru nanti boleh lah nanti order lagi. Kalau boleh ada discount utk customer regular lg cun. Regrade "Rina"

Honestly didn't expect such a wonderful service. Driving around like a normal day, and Ottoman's customer service Kai texted me and asked for feedback of the carpet it's been 2 years since I installed Ottoman carpet in my car. I just left a comments that it is peeling due to the wear and tear at my driver's side. Ottoman offered to send me a new one to replace the worn out part despite that it's passed my warranty period. I didn't expect that I would get a replacement for it, the human touch and customer service for Ottoman is fantastic.

Ordered the Classic Black (Red Lining) car mat for my Perodua Ativa. The red color lining match very well to the cusion red color. It fits very well and it won't easily to move around once installed because of the velcro. Quality is good and premium. Recommended and will support again

Ordered a set of Ottoman car mat for my Nissan Serena C27, very nice with high class feel, fitting is satisfactory at 98%, what I liked is that the mat covers some sidewalls and also side steps.

It ain't cheap at rm1,000 but worth the price if you're going for good quality and high class feel. 9/10 happy customer here!
