Online Car Automart Accessories (used to be Brothers)

Overpriced, and stupid. Never admit that they cut off important wires from my car after installing the reverse camera. Went to other foreman only to realise the mistakes they have done. Asked to speak to the person in charge, they just let me waited standing for 1 hour. BAD SERVICE.

From outside it looks like a 3-storey automart, but in actual it’s just a small, cramped, messy and poorly lit selling floor right at entrance. Nothing worthy here to check out. A bit like auto junkyard.

I was there to buy wax and I wanted to take a look what choices are there but I couldn't find it. I asked the assistance of the lady working at section maybe in her 20s reply to me very rudely saying that find for yourself and didn't even show me where was it. Not even that when I ask which one is better every thing she answer 'I don't know'. The prices was so expensive when compared to another accessories shop nearby. When I went to the counter to pay, I was standing there for almost 20 mins eventhough there was no one there waiting to pay at the counter. She was talking grandfather stories in the phone meanwhile I was waitng at the counter. Pls don't go this place. Highly not recommended. The things there are way overpriced

Very very rude service and over priced. Come to install dashcam and android system, say that must use a casing android, if no he must grill the dashboard, so give me the price very expensive rm1xx. Installation fee also expensive rm3xx. After i agree, the chinese age 20+ installer just laughing, use hokkien say that so easy to earn this money, he also can get the part time job to do installation in his house after working. When he install always say my product is old version, very poor, n say that his shop product very good, customer very like it. Staff in here really poor service. No need come again and really NOT RECOMMENDED.

Very rude service, everything is way above market price, things are not arranged well. Better Don't come better spend time somewhere else.
Only first and last time

Went there to install dashcam, waiting almost 2 hours, to install dashcam took me almost 4 hours to finish. 1 of their staff around 25+ age chinese staff attitude is very rude, asking basic simple question to him, but the way how he talk to me is very rude and unacceptable. Bcareful…Get rid from this shop

Worst company pretending to do Ecommerce I've ever encountered. Placed order on the 6th Dec on their website, its now 30 Dec still no sight of the item. Money paid, I've called many times but online person Incharge never around. Other people working there not interested to help out customer. Earlier I spoke to some one and that person said waiting for accounts to get my payment cleared from iPay88 which is their online payment provider. To my knowledge having been in Ecommerce for over 15 years, if the item is sold and paid you don't wait for service provider to transfer payment before shipping. You don't make customers wait for their order. Now I'm sure they are not interested to send me my item nor will they plan to call me to settle and for sure I'm not going to see my rm60 again. Lucky its only rm60. Mind you, I bought the same item cheaper from lazada from a CHINA supplier, item received 1 week after that. No problems.

Good place to get your motorvehicles accessories here at reasonable cheaper prices

Come here for sensor installation. They only provide one brand and it is a lousy sensor. Not recommended
