7 Bought an aircond from onking kota kemuning branch on 26/4/23.
Installation on 28/4/23, contractor supposed to come on 2pm but he arrived earlier at 12pm, which i'm not at home around that time.so i asked my brother who have not much knowledge on electrical to supervise them. So the contractor told my brother that our mcb full already, need to add a 20A mcb. We were quoted rm 60 for a 20A mcb in which i can get this 20A MCB for just rm 8 in the market. So i argued with the contractor over the phone, he said he will just left the wiring there if i feel that it's expensive. So i said let me talk to the onking sales person, the onking sales person said this is nothing to do with him and dont want to take responsibility. The moment i reached home, the contractor already left, the installed the aircond by tapping directly to the MCB in DB without any aircond switch. Such irresponsible shop, no more next time.the free rm 10 MCDonald voucher was not given too.
Very good customer service. Staff helpful. Price a but lower compared with my survey with other shops.
Bought aircond yesterday. Got discount. Cheaper installation fee and the installer was damn fast. Within one hour all kawtim! Recommended!
Ok.cuma, stok barang ade yg kurang.claim warranty, nk kena tunggu 2hari baru dapat.
I'm not going to comment on the price but their delivery promise sucks. Promised by 12pm but didn't arrive. When I called, staff said impossible reach before 12pm.
That means YOU SHOULDN'T PROMISE IN THE FIRST PLACE!
