Just asking if the workshop for panel insurance and getting respond like im going to rob his money. Dont ever come or even do anything. The way he responded at first query you know what kind of person you will be dealing with.

I have very bad experiences with this workshop. I send my bmw x6 to rectify inlet manifold problems. After changing the manifold he says my rear air suspension is sagging need to change. Initially there is no warning with regards to the suspension. But after changing done by him signal keep appearing. Then he he says must change valve. After changing the valve signal still appears. I ask him if after changing the valve signal still appears how, he says need to change airmatic pump. Price mentioned to me for oem one around 2k+ original one around 4k+. Ater driving a few days signal reappears again so I ask him to order for the pump. He call me later to inform me that oem one is 4k+ and original one is 6k+. Then I feel this guy is trying to cheat me I sent my car to another mechanic to verify the problem. It ends up that one side air suspension is faulty and the valve fitted is not properly installed, that causes leaks of water into the pump. Now the whole pump is damaged. Because this reapoff workshop I have to bear extra cost to repair and stress. Be careful with this.

Spare parts quality very low, not durable. Not reliable at all, problem appear and start pushing responsibility. Saw few times car owner quarreling with the boss at workshop.
