Toast bread served in cold, not even warm.
The time we visited only 4 tables included us.

Less people here in the afternoon when I went. Food came in fast. Ample parking when I reached.

A quite place to sit down and chit chat.less people here.the environment is nice as well.nowadays they come out with a lots of value meals with reasonable price.

Love the food, especially for breakfast.went here a few times to have breakfast.calm and quiet ambience

Came here at 1pm for lunch time. 3 young girls just sitting and using their phone. They just don't care about coustmer. Ask for something also showing they lazy face. And so disappointed with the roti bakar.

Just stopping for breakfast here. Clean place, easy to order using smartphone only.taste still best.

Expensive food. The air cond wasn't functioning. The atmosphere was very hot. The fans were spinning at very low speeds as well

Ordered at 4: 19, still in kitchen after almost an hour, eta changed by old town 2x. Call 3x, tak angkat. Extremely poor service. If had negative marking, I would mark as negative. Want to cancel, not allowed!

The food taste still remain the same and a little bit too warm inside the restaurant, I kinda sweating while dining. I don't know if the A/C in the working condition.

Poor service, only 1 waiter serving and he looks completely lost and dont care. The kitchen has only 2 chef. Service is horrible, worst old town I've been to

The temperature is damn cold. When you press the buzzer to request for menu, order or assistant. You wait long long.no one will entertain you. Even you call for it.what we did we take menu our self, we ordered and send to the cashier.

Not much customer but the crew seem like super busy.the owner of the cafe can revisit and look at your staff? Maybe they all demotivated?

My visit is on 24 October 2021, @1030am and some of our food not arriving when clarified at cashier they insist us to wait

Overall not good.just the food is same taste like others branch.

Slighty noisy as the kitchen is visible from sitting point. Staff service is bit slow but they are helpful. SOP guidelines are not strict enough as there is no one at the entrance to check temperature or checking the details has been key in.

Worth 3 stars, because stuff there like dont want to work. Ask for help, the face like why you ask me to do thing. Then food just so so. Parking also very hard to find.

Parking was a struggle. Dining area was spacious and comfy. The food that we ordered was fairly priced. Came and ate the supper savers, from rm6.58 per meal. Both meals total up to less than rm15 including service charge and service tax. Would be a good choice to choose their breakfast and supper meal.

There are 3 Customers sitting at outside beside my table, suddenly they start to smoking. But the management do nothing about it. I have the video but cannot upload here. Seriously not comfortable and not happy about the Service.

On 16jun 2019. We went Old Town Ampang waterfront and arrived about 11.30pm. The waiter refuse to take order and told us the cafe will close soon at 12am. However the operation hours stated closed at 2am.

Very spicy and taste good. Been long time no go to old town cafe coz the last bad experience. Thumb up.

Nice place to have a breakfast in Ampang open as early as 8: 00am. Affordable price menu for breakfast with drinks package with a portion that will cover you until lunchtime.

The only place with breakfast and supper in this awf row. If you eat outside, pay once the food arrive.

Good food. Mostly malaysian dishes. Comfortable and good place for meeting. The price is reasonable.
