Replace the hp laptop screen a few months ago. Speedy work less than half an hour and reasonable charges. Happy with the replacement.

Skrin laptop ada flickering sikit. Dlm 1 hari dah siap. Servis sgt cepat. Staff juga okay. Sgt peramah, ada apa2 persoalan, tanya je. Staff akan cuba bantu.

Servis terbaik daripada OKCS. Secara general, servis memang pantas, informasi yang diberikan sangat berguna, kejap je dah problem solve and laptop bila servis memang rasa macam dapat laptop baru.

Secara detail: Saya bawa 3 laptop yang ada problem berbeza x2, which

1. First laptop: Tak dapat nak display, brother tu settle kejap je. Buka ram, gosok sikit, terus boleh on.
2. Second laptop: Laptop always shut down sendiri especially bila buka software berat. Sometimes, tak buka software berat pun dia shutdown sendiri and kerap overheat. Plus, sangat slow bila nak buka files. So, brother Aiman suggest buat servis, and format laptop. Dalam masa less than 24 hours settle.
3. Third laptop: Tak baiki lagi tapi still brother tu bagi penerangan sangat detail tentang problem laptop kita, why dia jadi slow and apa nak perlu ganti, etc.

This is my first time hantar laptop dekat sini and memang sangat puas hati after hantar servis laptop dekat sini. Especially bila laptop dah tak auto shutdown. Stress tau bila tengah meeting, tiba-tiba screen blank. Sedap x2 tulis thesis, eh sekali terpadam. Jadi, saya memang bagi 5 stars for the services sebab saya dah tak perlu risau pasal isu ni

Bagus mereka ni membantu saya dan jujur. Mereka tak charge tapi saya bagi tips sikit sbb bantu bagi ilmu!

Alhamdullilah, segala masalah berkaitan dgn laptop selesai dgn hanya 1 hari. Sebelum ni pernah rujuk beberapa kedai service computer tetapi hampa. Di OKCS Kakitangan yg cekap, berbudi bahasa dan memberitahu dgn detail apa masalah dan beri cadangan ternyata, harga pun tiptop tak perlu membazir utk beli yg baru.

SAY NO MORE, i just send my macbook 2 days ago and receive this morning. Really really appreciate wht u guys do to my macbook, now its really fast in booting and do multitasking, the price also reasonable plus warranty up to 3 years+ for SSD. Try survey tmpt lain dlu. Tak reti repair komputer cakap. Ni main bantai kata motherboard rosak. Nk caj rm250. Pegi kdai lain, wayar je problem. Nampak naa penipu.

DO NOT believe whatever they say. Find another shop. They will try to overcharge you and will definitely steal your original charger. 2 of my acquaintance already had the same problem. They stole their charger and give back a different one, and one of my friend went back and found out that they are SELLING his original charger. Lucky he went back before they sell it.

I used to send my macbook air here to get fixed for battery problem. It was good 'cause they have a great service and good communication with customers. Besides they only took for 2 days to fix it. I'd gladly recommend this place for my family and friends who needs to get their computer fixed. #okcs

Laptop was stuck in a bootloop, not sure what was the issue. Paid them a visit and the rep
needed some time to work on my laptop and will call me once done. Within an hour, back at the place and found a chip was fried and needed replacement, I didn't go for the replacement since the part will take some time to arrive. All in all, service was quick and easy, will definitely choose them for immediate fixes. #okcs

Being advised by the technicians regarding my laptop problem and option of solutions was given too.good pricing and free advice given even after sometimes I took my laptop.will definitely send my laptop here again if any problem arise in the future and recommended to others too.keep up the good work.all the best#

Mula mula datang, kedai nampak biasa je, abg yang handle laptop saya pun nampak macam biasa je.tapi kerja dia orang kemas, knowledge dorang power dan dia orang sentiasa tanya dan mintak kebenaran saya untuk buat ape ape berkenaan laptop, tak seperti kedai lain, SOP dia orang pun bagus dan tersusun.sila datang dan bawa peralatan komputer / laptop yang rosak, insyaAllah boleh dibaiki dengan harga yang murah dan harga yang mampu di bayar. #okcs
