I needed a work laptop to replace my 12 years old laptop. Reached out to OKCS and managed to speak w Mr Zul over the phone and told him what i was looking for, what i need it for and also my budget. He recommended me few laptops within my range and i was happy with my choice. Laptop these days are so advanced that its almost over spec what you need it for and prices are getting too competitive for us to choose one over the other. I thank you Mr Zul and his staff for making my decision quick and easy. I was also given free laptop bag, 2tb pendrive and a mouse.

Bent my keyboard, cause other damage to the body, tear my ssd cover and use cheap thermal paste caused my laptop to heat up more than usual. The best thing is, it takes almost 4 weeks to repair a minor thing and ask me to pay RM400. GGWP im out. I should have asked one of my EE friends. Waste of time.
Update: They even took 2 years to reply to this review. At this point it's not even funny anymore. Just please train your workers properly and stop lying to your customers. I bet they didn't even replaced the parts as advertised. Regarding my laptop, it doesn't matter anymore thanks to you guys.
