First time using service from this company. Booking was a breeze. The website is very easy to navigate and user friendly. The rental rate for compact cars like Axia and Bezza are reasonable and affordable for people/group with small budget. We booked for an auto-transmission Axia but the company provided us with Bezza instead due to unavailability of Axia (without extra charge!). They have a very up-to-date booking system and the overall process of pick-up and returning the car took less than 5 minutes. Kudos to the whole team and Muhammad Asyraf Mariyo especially. Keep up the excellent service. Highly recommended!

I have been renting car for most of my business trip within Malaysia. This is my first time using NV Car Rental and I must say I had a great experience, A big thumbs up to them! The booking process was easy and convenience, staff was very attentive and efficient, I wasn't sure about the location of pick up, the person assigned was very patient and even make the effort to drive the vehicle out and pick me up at arrival hall, then bring me back to the pick up point to complete the documentation process. Car was very well maintained too. Bravo to you guys and please keep up with the good work. Will definately use them again on my next trip in Kuala Lumpur.
