They did not allow walk-in customers into their Service Center.
The Security was not able to communicate well.

However whilst calling them, the staff did an excellent job to communicate and call back my phone and resolved it in 2 minutes and send the part to the guard for my purchase.

When I shared my problem with them, they just told me that it's my fault and other customers NEVER COMPLAINT about this problem.ohhh so this is your after sales service quality? Try to tell me that i am so troublesome and purposely created this problem for you to solve it huh?

Thermos after sales service super good and efficient. Thermos replace me the product after one day they received my flask. I have been using the flask around 4 years. Lucky still under warranty. Thank you thermos customer service team.

I went to buy parts for my old Thermos flask, even though obsolete models, their online customer service and ladies at counter are very helpful in finding the compatible parts for me, and are very efficient too. Thanks for the good service.

Brought a flask here for warranty claim and they say they'll mail us the new flask as they have ran out of stock.
