Service out, bangla buat kerja banyak borak, buang masa customer.

The seller is not honest and play with the price since the demand of the motorcycle is high. Eventhough your are in the waiting list others can cut the queue by paying higher price.

Salesman yg sempoi, harga boleh runding, yg lg best motor ready stock 3hari dh bole dapat.terbaikk bossku.

Service not good. Facing lot of problem here. 1-wrong colour upon buying.
2-wrong model state on hire purchased aggrement. (already complain until now not settle yet) no one give feedback regarding this matter.
3-chargable for check engine sign indicator reset for >5000km.
4-service not done properly- especially the other side workshop.

Been bought a yamaha ego avantiz here. Serve by a salesperson named david. Mentioned couple of time don get number plate with digit of 4, he revert no problem and promises but end up I get 8634

Very bad service, sudah bayar habis 7 dec 2020, geran x dapat lagi sampai sekarang. Bila mintak dia kata hilang, It ok i try to ask for copy. After 2 day nak jual motor tukar nama kat kedai, orang kedai kata nama x batal lagi masih hak milik NS. Kerja main2. Service lambat, call x pernah angkt. Membazir masa sehari kat JPJ last2 nama x tukar pada owner lagi. Haram jadah betul

TRADE IN RENDAH. LAGI MACAM2 CAS DIA TARUK. CAS PULAK TINGGI. HADOI.
KESIMPULANNYA. NI BUKAN KEDAI MOTO. CETI HARAM NI.
SAPA2 MELAYU YG KERJA SINI TLG TUNAIKAN TGJWB SOSIAL. PM KPD PELANGGAN MELAYU SUPAYA BELI DI KEDAI LAIN JER.

Very poor service, before claim they offer all original parts. When received the motorbike, I checked fork & cover set. It's not original parts. Also, their mechanic don't know difference between each parts. They install from other motorbike engine part to my Lagenda 110Z. When I complain, they say my motorbike got so many problem and need to change other parts. So stupid mechanic. Not recommended for those who want send repair at this place.

Check your staff in Sungai Udang Branch or you are going to continue losing more potential customer like myself.
Rude. Asking for package price for TWO MOTORCYCLE but dont want to entertain and busy playing with his phone.
When continue to ask him, he snapped and rudely talking to his customer. Customer HAS THE right to know the price of both Aeon Credit loan and Shop Loan. Dont work in the front line if cannot entertain customer. Place your worker wisely.

Nsone is excellent.any more if the customer is co_operate for installment on the month.settle one problem.
