Ok laa service centre nie, david lai tu soang2 pun leh setel semua dengan cepat tp tgk die letih gak lah nk mnum pun xdan. 830 msk kua kul 1130 ok laa tu banyak benda service. 5star sebab david lai?

Called up few days also dun have anyone pick up the call, if ur services outlet treat customer like this way i suggest better close it.
The staff very friendly and gave good explanation. However, i send my car for service at 8.30 am. I was informed the service will took 4 to 5 hours. I went back at 12.45, the car was ready. But it was 'rehat' time till 2.30 (friday prayers). There's one admin, but she said rehat time and she went to a room and turn the light off. Everyone come back at 2.20pm, and that guy just need to do the bill. Why don't do it before and let customer wait? Please. Nissan Service Centre PJ way better than this one. Will be my last visit for sure
Friendly staff, preferable to fix an appointment before u send ur car. Free WiFi and drinks is a plus.

Kind of secluded and out of the way.nestled in an industrial area. Staffs are friendly. Place is clean and spacious.
Efficient n corteous service by reception staff, made an effort to provide explanation when questioned by customer - very rare 'breed' nowadays but very very commendable. Keep it up!
Pusat servis yg luas dan boleh menempatkan banyak kenderaan dlm suatu masa, cepat dan pantas kerja yg dikendalikan pekerja.
Convenient but need to upgrade customer waiting area. Service technician must brief basic points to first time Nissan buyer/ customer. I did not get the opportunity to ask anything.
I accidentally left my necklace in the car, it is missing when I collect my car. They refuse to help and did not take the matter seriously. Theft is theft, there is no excuse. The laziness to handle such matter is unbelievable. Just because I accidentally left it in my car, doesn't mean anyone have the right to steal it. This is criminal act.
