My family went to ETCM Nissan Petaling Jaya today to initially test drive the X-Trail. A lovely man Mr Shane looked after us and his gentle friendly demeanour, non pushy attitude and well versed knowledge of the car impressed us. After the drive on impulse we asked if we could test drive the Nissan Serena which appeared aesthetically more appealing. Again Shane obliged us willingly and accompanied us for a second test drive around PJ, detailing and comparing the Nissan X-Trail to the Nissan Serena in his professional non pushy manner.
Without hesitation, all of us including my Daughter said let’s buy the Serena. Thank you Shane for your awesome service, pleasant company and sound advice.
This showroom has navara on the inside and others on the outside. Salesman Fuad gave very good service from the point i called till appointment day, very informative and took us on a test drive too. This is how it should be
Bad experience for me today cos l had booking my appointment last week 15/03/2022 attend by Ms Shanti at Nissan service Centra at PJ for my duplicate remote controller Nissan livina.
Today SA name Mr hakimi inform me that I cant collect my car today cos he said a lot car need to attend n ask collect my car tomorrow.

I think Nissan service centre shall honor my booking n have carries his professionalism to completed my remote controller issue by today which Iam not wrong my case can settle within 2 or 3 hours maximum.
Iam very disappointed with Nissan service centre until I want to meet his manager than they agreed to delivery my car by 4pm.
Mind u, this service is not free but i still have to pay.
Why not have equal treatment as others? While my job is only tiny duplicate remote controller & not major service.
At the end, the task completed 3pm. Then why said next day beginning?
Hope Nissan still be my favourite brand & wish to see service level improve in future.

Average for the sales room. However, service quality from the service centre is really good, that is 4 stars but can be improved to earn them 5 stars. This is because the service team personnel is really helpful. But just lack of friendliness and soft skill. This is based on my 5 years of experience wngaging their service.
Best place for all Nissan Vehicles to be Maintained well.

Nice clean, but sales person is just so so. Brochure shelf full of out dated material, not I say, the sales person said. It tell you how keen the sales person and their managers are in doing their job.
ABS problem, send in 3 times still not resolved. 1st time change battery, second time kept few days for data collection, third time send again, 4hrs data collection. Now still waiting for a miracle to happen.
Have been here more than 5 years ago when I surveyed a new car to buy. I brought along my family and it is commendable that a kids corner is available so that they can be occupied while me and my wife could interact with the salesperson. The showroom ambient is good. Of course now with the pandemic, a stricter SOP need to be observed.
