First thing: I have already made an appointment. I didn't record my license plate on your system and said that there was no reservation record for my car.
Second thing: The staff asked me if I should stay in the factory or come back later. I said I would stay in the factory and wait. And he told me that it would be fine for about 2 hours. After that, I sat in the factory for 4 hours but it was not ready. Instead, a staff member came to tell me that I needed to continue to wait because the employees have gone to dinner, I also came here in the morning to wait. Don't I have to eat?
Went today to this showroom with my cousin bcs wanting to test drive Honda City at around 12PM. At first there were nobody approached us even though we enter literally at front door, there were like 5 salesperson at the front desk. After i got inside the show car (Honda City), this lovely salesgirl (her name is Hanz Han) and although she’s a newbie, she still give her best service and give us permission to drive the car with her. (can know shes new when we ask questions she checked her phone first etc) we both also come from sales line / property so we kind of know well.
Then we have a question about loan bank, which bank they usually submit if got ctos etc, this girl ask her senior but her senior (which is also an old lady) was VERY RUDE towards us and we decided to ciao and book mazda cx-30 bcs their service was WAAAAAY better. If u insist want honda, can ask agent Hanz Han bcs shes nice and give her best service!

Just went here to survey new honda hrv. However, the staff not quite friendly and not knowlegeable to explain to me on the specs, loan and etc. Very disappointed service by honda. I think the staffs should go to training on how to entertain the potential buyer and also the knowledge about the car. Tq
Not recommended to service your car here. Staff not helpful. Unable to solve issue and kept telling the fault y came from the customers. Few other issues we found out and decided not to go service our car here anymore.
A pleasant place for servicing Honda cars in Kajang. Well entertain by staff either by phone or walk in. Complete information given on car servicing items and can request for optional items to exclude. Approximate timing is reasonable quoted by service advisor. Recommended.
No proper process flow to guide new customer. Poor customer service like not interested to entertain customers further with sarcasm.

The only thing good here is oil change fully synthetic, other than that you are fkked & you paid for it, expect scratches on your car, service center ignored your complaint like nothing happened. After you are fkked, and submit complaint, you need to come there again pay more $$$$$$ for another trial and error, same like any other street workshop but this one is with Honda label to charge you more.
Once customer find out car has problems back for warranty they just will give you a lot of stupid reasons say those parts are not warranty

Useless service centre. My car has brake pad issue. They asking me to come for checking after 2 weeks. Who is going to take responsibility if any accidents happen in between. Will definitely take it up to the ministry
I’ve went to multiple Honda Service centre, and by far this service centre is the most unpleasant experience I’ve encountered. Most of the staff was not friendly, especially the Malay Woman wearing hijab who harshly attended me at the recipient counter. Other than that, if possible just avoid washing you car at their place, even if it’s free, they don’t even bother to wipe you car after wash, leaving you with a car full of watermark
Went in to claim for warranty but they charge me instead? Why do we need to buy from this sales outlet anymore?

Due to pandemic, my Honda car had been laying in my garage without driving as I WFH. Went to Honda Kajang service center today for service. My car current mileage is about 38k and I was given to choose whether to service my car under 70k mileage and my warranty will be voided or to service my car now under 60k mileage and after 1 month go back to service again for mileage under 70k. I owned 7 different car brands in my house aside from Honda and they don’t give me this kind of policy. I previously trusted your brand that’s why I bought your car but this doesn’t mean you can simply threaten me with your warranty.
Please don’t try to use your warranty to threaten your customer. You are taking benefit on those under used car. This prove that Honda car is no longer reliable even if you don’t use it, it will also breakdown!
During this situation lots of people struggling to even pay off their car instalment and you here using your freaking warranty and policy to take benefit of your customers! Do you have empathy?
My first time service at this centre for 50k km.the price is so cheap rather than SC nearby my house.highly recommended
Came to meet a chinese sale man to confirm purchase. He agreed to reduce price 1k contra with commission. When ask about the bank statement whether he needs or not, he became angry and ask me to take the back whole things. I was shocked why a sale man has no manner to entertain customer. Without further delay, i walked out from the show room feeling disgusted by the the sale man. Hope honda trains your sale man how to behave with customer.
