From the moment I inquired about the product, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. He helped me choose the right model for my needs.

Furthermore, I had an issue with the filter, but their customer service team was quick to respond and resolve the matter to my satisfaction. Their communication was clear and friendly throughout the process, which made the whole experience stress-free.

Fantastic outdoor water filter, really worth it, the membrane queen is medium size and not bulky like other outdoor water filters. Technician Edwin Dan was so humble and will listen to the way you want the piping connection to be! Very good customer service, recommended if anyone is looking for outdoor water filter

She was very professional and patient with our queries and went through the product specifications and installation with us, we got to know as well that Nesh has been here in Malaysia and proudly locally make for 34 years and have been striving to improve and serve the community better.

We finally decided to go for the Nesh Queen Membrane Filtration system. Kudos to you Chloe and team.

Inexperienced installer for condominium. Took few hours to figure out how to install and told me install a lot units in my condo already. Also, take note that their installation is also without valve. I only notice this problem after their installation when my toilet bidet is leaking. I am unable to off water inlet to my unit. I had to contact management to off the main water inlet. Luckily is just a small leak and not pipe burst.

Those in condo, make sure you can off your water inlet to your unit after filter installation because they wont bother or take that into account for you. I look at my neighbour's filter (other brand), all of them also have at least a valve installed. So I guess only nesh is special. Their filter is not cheap and they are not willing to add a valve which only cost rm20? If they told me there's additional cost to install, i will also install. But they never tell me anything.

If there's pipe burst in my toilet, Nesh expect me to call management, wait for them to come and off? My unit will be flooded by then.

In the end, I requested them to come and add a valve which cost RM70.

QOOZO S5 under sink. This probably is the best water purify system combination for tiny space in an apartment. Make my family able to enjoy fullset of water purify system even not stay in landed property.

Being the very first batch of customer purchase Nesh hero Pro to make my home able to protect from water to air.

I was served by one of their guys, Christopher when I enquired about Nesh membrane water filter. This guy was really a pro who was knowledgeable and know his stuff very well. I was convinced and subsequently had the Nesh Membrane Queen unit installed at my house just two weeks ago.
Last Monday morning I called Nesh when there was no water supply via the new filter. Christopher responded and arrived at my doorstep within an hour. Instantly he pointed out the problem which was, due to my overzealous efforts to flush-cleaning the filter the night before, I had inadvertently left the water supply valve closed, thus cutting off water supply.
With "problem" solved, he then took the opportunity to check the water pressure of water supply to my house and brief me on whatever I need to know about the filter.
I am now a satisfied user.
