MZone Car Care reviews
2 For those who are looking for a place to service their car after warranty ends, this is highly recommended!
I had some issues with the car, 'tak tak tak' sound when turning and when car is hot on idle, it sounds like metal expanding and contracting sound. Went to a workshop in Glenmarie, they quoted RM700+ and said its tie rod is wearing out.
So my cousin recommended this place M zone and they fixed my problem for free. Said it's a small matter, screws not screwed properly and was a bit loose therefore vibrating and hitting against the metal base. I initially told them to check tie rod since that's what the other workshop said and they could have just charged me for tie rod change, but they didn't and was very honest with their diagnosis. Such an easy fix that they said there's nothing to charge. They fixed it within an hour and told me to test drive it. I drove around and was truly happy that the noise is now gone. So I drove back to the workshop to pay and he said "ok, you can go". I was like but I have not paid yet, he said, such a small problem and an easy fix, there is no charge.
Although there was no part change but Sometimes it's not just the parts we're paying, but the knowledge in knowing what and where to fix.
Glad I came to M zone and will definitely go back again.
Ah Meng was the guy I was dealing with. He's either the supervisor or the boss man.
