To our great surprise, the whole process could be settled within two weeks, from selling our car to getting a new one. We greatly thank Anthony, who unrestly guided us, even answering our questions at night. During the first test drive, we commented and requested that the issue be resolved. Surprisingly, it resolved, and it's free. The selling part was also quick and easy; we even received our money before our new car was ready. This is so convenient! Anthony had done a great job of making our used car purchase very convenient, convincing us and erasing our doubts about our next future purchase with myTukar! Thanks, Anthony and myTukar!

Bad experience of After Sales Service. (The Free 1 year warranty service)

Send my car in to do normal service without any car problem, and after service, there is a weird noise. I sent back in my car, they just had a-lot of excuse that its wear and tear problem and had an extra charges of RM3k plus for changing the aircond compressor. And just told me its my car model that always has this issue. And its just the right timing that i sent my car go do service, and its just got lucky that spoilt at the same time.

I just don't believe my car can spoilt once i got service at this timing. But no use after i call sales person or their customer service.they just blame its my used car just that have their timing and just that coincidence timing.

So i went to read all the reviews as well. Everyone was complaining the after sales service.i guess im one of the victim as well.

Disappointed and i have to spend more now to send to the TRUSTED PROPER service centre then.: (Learn a lesson.

I dropped my X70 for a full checkup and service. It was awesome and they did everything timely and well mannered. I was promised to complete the services withing an hour and they were able to do it. I specially thanks to the person incharged and entire mechanical team who attended the same.

We recently bought bmw x1 from mytukar and we love how professional and quick they are. Special shout out to Mr Wesley Gan for making the whole process pleasant and efficient. Starting from viewing the car till teaching the very details on how the car operates. Make sure to ask for him if you guys go to myTukar puchong. Kudos!

Update: MyTukar just cant provide me the service report.terrible after sales service, provide engine oil that not according to the car needs. So technically 1 year free service is actually useless if you want service according to the recommended engine oil.bought a hybrid car from mytukar on august 2022, starting with a good experience, it help send the car from Johor all the way to KL, all you need is to pay the refundable deposit.honest speaking salesman and service is good and polite.

After I get the car and notice an issue with the aircon, and it still within the 5-day policy, mytukar responsible for the issue and get the thing fix but it take a lot of time for mytukar service center to fix, fix attempt it get the aircon fix, but i break some other thing.then have to go for second time.good credit to the service center worker, very good service just that having quality issue on fixing the car.

7-day after the car handover, the car hybrid system showed hybrid battery failure error, I go check with Toyota service center and the car originally already have a battery failure error base on the previous service record, and I believe mytukar service center just did an error reset and did not handle the actual issue to change the battery.get back to mytukar, and management decides not to do anything with it because it pass the 5-day guarantee.
Lesson learned, don't believe in any second-hand car refurbishment by any dealer, better do your own research and check before you buy.
I will say that the price I buy from them is over price according to the market value and the condition of the car.but anyway I like the car after I get all the issue fix by myself, hope it all good in the future.

Update on 27oct
Going for myTukar complementary oil change and the service provider say only provide 10w40 engine oil which is not the recommended engine oil for the car. As conclusions, service is given but you cant use it.

Pengalaman membeli kereta “Terpakai” di Mytukar Cawangan Puchong Selangor.

Booking by Salesman Muhamad Bin Arip
Bayaran Penuh + Deposit. Pada 31 Oct 2022 bayaran Deposit. Bayaran penuh pada 6 Nov 2022 (Sabtu) 3pm.

Saya amat tidak berpuas hati dan sangat-sangat rasa kecewa dengan pihak Mytukar semasa menguruskan pembelian kereta berkenaan.

1. Salesman yang langsung tidak mempunyai sikap seorang “profesional“ dalam hal ini. Kerana banyak melakukan kesilapan dan banyak meyusahkan pihak kami dalam proses Polisi Insuran, beliau telah tersilap membuat pembayaran Insuran kereta pada company Insuran lain, sedangkan sepatutnya beliau perlu merujuk pada CIMB (panel Mytukar) terlebih dahulu, meyebabkan kami terpaksa membuat dua kali bayaran Insuran pada hari yang sama hampir 2.5k.

2. Status untuk Refund dari polisi Insuran beliau langsung tidak ada membuat Update pada pihak kami dari masa ke semasa, malah kami pula yang sering meghubungi beliau bagi mendapatkan jawapan status payment Refund kami. Beliau menjanjikan hanya 5 hari waktu bekerja, sedangkan hampir 1 bulan lebih kami tiada apa apa feedback dari beliau. Malah beliau meyalahkan polisi Insuran berkenaan yang tidak memberikan apa apa followup pada beliau langsung. Jawapan beliau untuk kami hanya “tunggu tak tau bila”.

3. Claim refund kami selama 1 bulan lebih pun berlalu, pihak kami mengambil keputusan untuk menguruskan sendiri dan pergi ke pejabat Insuran tersebut. Dari Bangi ke KL. Sebaliknya pihak Insuran terkejut dengan kehadiran kami, dan pihak Insuran memaklumkan tiada sebarang maklumat yang mereka terima dari Mytukar dalam status Claim Refund. Di sini tidak perlu kami maklumkan yang kami telah berbincang mengenai Payment Refund tersebut. Sepatutnya salesman itulah yang menjalankan tugas, ini kami pula yang jalankan kerja beliau, sedangkan kes ini berpunca dari kesilapan beliau yang tidak peka dalam menjalankan tugas. Kami hanya berhubung dengan ”Customer Servis Mytukar” sahaja dalam 1 bulan tersebut. Sepatutnya Dept keewanganlah yang perlu rujuk pada pihak kami dalam proses meyelesaikan hal ini. Selang beberapa hari barulah kami menerima massage dari Mytukar megenai status Payment Refund berkenaan sudah di bayar ke akaun pihak kami. Pada 13/12/22 Payment Refund sudah selesai Allhamduliilah.

4. Kereta yang diberikan bukan dalam kondisi yang baik, kerana setelah dipakai beberapa hari banyak megalami kerosakkan dan kami terpaksa membuat checking ke atas kereta tersebut. Antaranya:

- Brek pad
- Lampu depan kecil tidak berfungsi
- Tayar kereta dah licin/botak
- Mounting enjin rosak
- Spark plug jerking
- Minyak brek hitam
- Compressor aircond
- Stereng senget dan bumper hadapan kereta ada terbukak sedikit.

5. Bila kami menghubungi Salesman, beliau memaklumkan bahawa orang lain yang buat Inspection. Beliau hanya menjual sahaja kereta berkenaan. Sepatutnya beliau wajib pastikan kereta dalam keadaan baik sebelum dijual pada Customer, bukan hanya lihat dari segi luaran kereta sahaja.

Di sini jelas Salesman seorang yang “Useless”, dalam hal ini jugalah beliau sentiasa diam membisu seribu bahasa. Malah permohonan maaf pun tidak pernah dibuat pada pihak kami.

Kami berharap pihak pengurusan Mytukar tidak mengulangi lagi kes yang terjadi pada kami ini pada mana-mana pelangan yang lain. Dan diharap meyediakan Salesman yang berpengalaman dan profesional dalam menguruskan penjualan kereta terpakai.

Had a truly terrible experience here. Judging on other good reviews here, I can only figure I was treated this way because I was a women and went there alone. My sales person was not even there and I was passed over to this lady who showed me the car but wouldn’t answer any of my questions. When I pressed her further on details of the hybrid and maintenance, to my horrid, she proceeded to play me a YouTube video about the said car. After forcing me to watch a 10 min video, it didn’t even answer my question! Done with the car, she told me to just contact my sales person since she was just showing me the car. Called him on the spot and no answer. Feeling so disappoint and wanting to speak to someone who can answer me, I found another guy who proceeded to laugh at my question (which he heard wrongly) and dragged in another guy to laugh with him! He only explained after I repeated my questions and he heard correctly this time, that too was answered in such a mocking tone. I was completely in shock and near to tears being treated like that. Having came to Puchong all the way from Klang, and for the PIC to not be there and to be treated this way, put me off to buying any car from them. Would not recommend any women to buy cars from here. I don’t usually post comments like this, but I wish for no other women to be treated like that

Horrible aftersales. Had clunking noise under my car sent to mytukar to get it fixed but still same issue. Battery gave out after just 3 months, cost me extra Rm500+. Asked for help from sales agent and went silent. My advice is thoroughly check your car before buying or you will suffer the consequences and horrible aftersales from mytukar. Or just go carsome la

Impressed with Mytukar Services. I got a used car at an affordable price and it also comes with a Warranty service for 12 months! Highly recommend it to all people out there looking for cars.
