MyTukar - Puchong Inspection Centre

Had my car inspected here. Book for 5.30. Came at 5.15 and they processes my document really fast. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Everything was going smooth. No need to feel stressed or shy because the staff there are nice. The first time I went there was a few months ago, that time I did not accept their offer and they would not force you too. And last, the second visit on November, I did the second inspection and sold my car (same car) to myTukar successfully. And what impressed me was their payment process was really quick! (My case: within 3 hours) Thanks MyTukar！

MyTukar made it very seamless to sell your car. From inspection to handover of car it took less than 48 hours with a good price. Different staff took care of the different stages of the sales but did not feel lost in the process. Payment of car was done an hour after handover. Plus they also informed me that I could claim back the unused days on my Roadtax. Small gestures like this often unnoticed but they are meaningful.

Came here on a Sunday evening as per appointment schedule. Arrived exactly at 5pm n were attended to 10mins after tat, though there were no other cars waiting or before us. I hate the waiting but once the inspector started with his checks n test drove the car, we were then given forms to fill in. Have to say the process was easy n the person who attended to us, seemed friendly n professional enuf. We ended up letting wifey bborange with myTukar. Will definitely recommend to others.

Inspection is fast. But surrender process needs a lot of improvement. The staff needs to know how to explain d process, and what to expect. Customer is being left with not knowing what is happening, sitting on d couch for few hours watching them work, talk, troubleshooting, and etc.

Very very pleased with MyTukar Puchong's impeccable service! The entire process for me from inspection, to agent follow-up about offer price/bidding options, getting a bid, completing the handover and getting payment took only less than 3 days, all-in-all.

(But do keep in mind other factors may affect the timeline i.e. Whether you get a direct offer, how quickly you can get a bid if placed for bidding and when you can surrender your vehicle)

The team came to my house for inspection and quoted me price on the same day, the car selling experience was great, I managed to sell off the car within 5 working day and gotten the proceeds on the same day as well. Well done!

Inspection was okay but they did not even bother to come back with an offer. Not the most exciting of experience.

The inspection went smoothly (we guess since the guy did inspection didnt explain much-or talk anything). After finish inspection, he just told us to fill in the form, and they will call. BUT my husband the one keep call and ask what the current status. And we confuse when they said our car still on bidding? We tought we want to sold the car, not put it in bidding proces? This process was so confuse and we regret come here. Now after almost 2 weeks, we have to find other alternative, since myTukar dont even try to reach us to update the status.

MyTukar offers excellent services and good price. It is convenient and fast which makes the whole process of selling second hand car easy. Staffs where friendly and even operates during the weekends via phone. Overall I am very satisfied with the service provided.

NO EVEN A STAR! Broken my Bonnet Cable without notify me during mobile inspection. Report to customer service few day ago but keep said waiting for update! Disappointed!

Had a car which has served me for 11 years and planned to sell it, so registered on line with them. Informed them that the road tax and insurance has expired and requested they send their inspector to check and evaluate it. The inspection process was fast and I chose to have online bidding after their offer was not up to my expectation. Was informed of a higher bid price and I accepted. I need to send the car to their center for the final handing over, and they send me a covering letter (in case I'm stopped by the police or JPJ) stating that I am sending the car for handing over to them. I am still skeptical as I can be in trouble for driving without a valid roadtax sticker and insurance but was assured by their management via a whatsapp message that it's ok, if the authorities stopped me, I should let them call MyTukar, as stated in the letter. So I drove to their service center and upon arrival, another inspection was done, meanwhile I handled over the registration card and signed handover documents after ownership verification was done.
Was informed that I would be paid in 24 hours, but the next day when I asked again, was told that payment would be done within 24 working hours.
I finally received my online payment just before the deadline.
That was my one of my grouses and that I was hoping the car should.be driven by their driver.

Good experience using MyTukar. Evaluated my car on Friday morning and sold the car within 24 hrs. Alot easier compare to 10 years ago to sell a car or trade-in. So easy, convenient and faster. Big milestone in auto industry digitalisation effort.

Hard-to-find place but I went there by grab so the driver use apps to waze it. Only when we on our way back ; the the other driver having difficulties to search our location. However customer services at mytukar was totally great.

I completed the sale of my Toyota Vellfire on MyTukar on 25th July. Everything was done 1 week after inspection. Throughout the entire process, they guided me on the documents I would need for the handover.
