Mykori Dessert Cafe - Sri Gombak

It's not worth it. The sauce someone gives is based on the picture below. Don't even pay a lot of money and get sauce for just one or two mouthfuls. It's better not to go to this outlet because before this there was another Mykori outlet which was good

Need to take care more for cleaning the place after every customer and clean up the table + The floor was dirty it's like never had been moped + There is a lot of Mosquitoes and flies, I wasn't comfortable to eat

No star should be given. I'm sorry but someone have to say it. Dont want to be mean but omg please do something.
- During lockdown. Only takeaway. No aircond was on in the shop while waiting
- The kakigori packaging is dirty.
- Have to wait 1 hour and half for my order and i was the only one there.

Geli aku ngn menu2 dia, serius ank buah ajak g sna.igtkn sempoi, geli.ais kepal yg dijual harga melalut mahal.

Plates and tissue/rubbish were left unattended. What a sight it would have been for first timers.

Went to several MyKori outlets but my first time at this branch. We ordered Mont Mauve Kakigori which has rose petal powder on top. Somehow, instead of topping it with the powder, the rose powder was slapped on almost all part of the ice so we can taste mostly powder. I have tasted it before so I know that it should not be presented like this. The waffle is also not that good (compared with PJ branch). I guess different chefs make them differently.

The place is dirty and not well maintained. Did not feel very comfortable. Dessert is so so. Staff not friendly.

Its not as delicious as everyone said it was. It was not that bad but it was not that good too.

Not really a 'lit' place, but comfy enough to chill. Food was alright and nice. Serving size is too big for one person, I recommend to order just one bingsu for 2-3 people. However, when it comes to eating, I don't think it's 'consumer friendly'. Since the portion is bigger than the bowl size, no matter how you eat it (from top to bottom or vice versa) it's definitely going to get spilled and messy.

Conclusion: if you are looking for dessert, you can come here. If you need something heavy, this is not the place, BUT the area around have a lot of restaurants.

Great place to have shaved ice during hot day. Delicious shaved ice and bread. Friendly staff. Affordable price.

Nice ambience and delicious deserts. Service is lil bit slow depending on your order, as well as unattended dirty bowls and plates etc. I think because there were less staffs. Water dispenser, utensils, cups and bowls provided. Parking wise is ok because the premise is located at shoplots area, so there are lots of parking spaces. Chocolate Tiramisu Kakigori and Classic Shibuya Honey Toast are recommended signature deserts.

The place was okay. Food was okay. The bingsu was so good. Bingsu got variety to choose from. The cleaning process after the previous diner took quite a long time. I saw 3-4 tables that werent cleaned up. Please improve on that.

Everything on menu seems delicious, have no problem with that what can be improved is that the MENU to be put on on the overhead counter, since the current system only.have menu when u arrived a t the cashier, which delays serving time.
