The worst service I went to appear for test and supervisor was not there and went out for her personal affairs even though not lunch hour. When I asked her collegue she said we dont know when she will return.

Tempat sini best! Sebab boleh walkin and tkyah tunggu lama.klau walkin kne dtg before pkul 2.kawan saya pun bg feedback bgus sebb dia repeat test kt sini.dia kata klau kt langat atau cheras tunggu setahun lg bru siap lesen hahaha

These two Malay girls too rude.make fun of people. Too bad to make humiliating comments just infront of us. Behaving like totally uneducated. Worst experience.

I feel someone should take action against two staff here. They got attitude problem. Bad service.

Unethical staff.two Malay girls behaved very bad. Especially the fat girl. Seriously management should take an action. Otherwise, one day this Malay girl would get a tight slap from someone for her bad mouth.

Pretty fast service. Took a computer test here and waited for 10 ppl before me and it took like 1 hour. Recommended to come at weekdays

Don't know why but they don't want to pick up the call. Percakapan mereka pon mcm nk cari gaduh. Maybe penat kut. Bkn kutuk but rasa takut nk berkata-kata

Friendly staff. Better come early to avoid crowd participants. Walk in for weekdays. Weekend slots all taken by driving school. Wednesday is a good day to take a test.

Staff biadap.selepas jam 1 x boleh test.nk kena rasuah air Starbucks dulu baru boleh test selepas jam 1.dah la gelap.perangai pon ikot gelap.

Come on weekdays if you want avoid crowd and can take repeat test on the same day.

The staff is disgustingly impolite, for a first timer I never have such anxiety attack this worst before. Like who tf knows what to do next? When I'm clueless about something, she just sigh and mumbling and then point it saying "yes" in the harsh tone ever.

I was asking that can my parents come in? She just reply it harshly "Cannot! If every parents come in too crowded already! " in Malay and I tell you, I never felt so offended.

I'm just a clueless first timer and I shouldn't have been treated like this, not just me. Everyone who wants to take the exam there!

Bad service and bad attitude of the two staff (girl) here, the way they talk, the language they use is so rude, not polite at all. Who they think they are? Lol

Bad service. Hari ni kawan pergi nak test berkomputer. Boleh pulak staf x datang pastu x pass kunci bg supervisor. So ramai org tertunggu mcm org bodoh kt sana. Dh la panas, puasa lagi. Yg paling best, supervisor pun x dimaklumkan dia nk dtg tengah hari nti. Myeg pulak bukak smpi pukul 3 je. Agak2 la sorg je pegang kunci. MYEG tolong ambik perhatian ttg ni. Kalau staf tu xnak kerja, suka menyusahkan orang, please lah cari staf baru. Banyak lagi org nk btul2 nk kerja & bertanggungjawab.
