I am a MUV active dealer under the company of Tribros Auto Enterprise, who feeling really disappointed towards recent MUV bidding system.

On 17 Feb 2022, I pre-bid 1 car at the final selling price. But ended up, the cars was sold to someone else. And, most importantly, there is no solution given towards this issue.

On 6 March 2022 (Today), I pre-bid another car at the final selling price amount. And, the same incident happened again which ended up the car was sold to someone again. And, this time, there is no solution given as well from the management level.

Thus, the entire transaction is totally NOT TRANSPARENT and is a WASTE OF TIME.

Although MUV encourages us to use the “pre-bid” features, but the features seems to fail most of the time. There are many incidents where the system stops my bids automatically even before it reaches the pre-bid maximum price. Not sure if this is a technical glitch or some sort of hanky-panky is going on behind the scene in order for them to favour certain bidders/dealers.

Having had TWO similar incidents on different occasions (as mentioned above), it certainly makes me dubious over all the bidding processes conducted by MUV, in present or in the future.

1stly they don't respect appointments. Gave me an appointment for 1pm, but no one there to inspect the car. Then one person spoke on phone and offered me 1/3rd of the expected price for the car, without even seeing the car. Ridiculous service.

The worst used car dealer that I ever dealing with, the trade in price already promise suddenly drop as I already double check with them when is last day to hand over the car. If cant promise that price please don’t over promise me. I tot a subsidiary of a listed company can be trust, I really disappointed to MUV do this to me, if next time wan to trade in car will reconsider agian.hopefully no next victims face this issue.

We sold two vehicles to MUV in Q2 2019. Good service. Fair pricing (We got a better price with MUV vs another competitor car reseller). Fuss free transfer of the vehicle ownership. (They handled all the paperwork at their offices-no need to visit the JPJ). The cheque payment to us for the sale was issued promptly and cleared on time.
