Attentive personnel but they try hard to upsell other services or parts. If you have a fairly recent Toyota, I suggest you download the service packages information from Toyota Malaysia website and follow that as a guide for servicing your car.

Be very careful, as this shop focus to sell their parts first. They change parts that did not immediately solve my car problem. When asked, they say they do step by step first to see how much I can accept the charges. All they needed to do was just to change brake pads, but they sold me mounting which cost thousands of ringgit. Their Supervisor brags a lot as they do not need to find business being a Toyota 3rd party workshop, so in the end all they want is to push their spare parts. If you are not familiar with cars, you will be their perfect victim. They do not solve key problem, so you return again and again to make money from you.
