My first visit to the showroom was so disappointing, and this is my honest feedback from the terrible experience today.

I am a performer looking for advanced pedals to enhance my playing. From all the five stars rating and positive feedback, I was looking forward to the variety of equipment and a professional customer service from the staffs. From the reviews, many gave credits to Mr Hezlan for his service. Approaching him today, I was given one of the most unfriendliest and unprofessional customer support from him.

Specifically, I requested recommendations on pedals like BOSS, FISHMAN, ZOOM etc. Ignorantly, he showed me a beginner pedal (too quick to judge). After telling him I need a more advanced pedal, he recommended me Tech-21 (Thanks), but I kindly expressed my wish to try the Zoom. Saying he's busy, he showed unwillingness to fulfill my request. I even kindly asked him to tell me his free time or pass me on to his other staffs. Was completely ignored.

The service I received was very unfriendly. I understand that you're busy, but at least show some courtesy in addressing your customers, especially the young ones. He was obviously annoyed at my request and inquiries, and I doubt he will treat the adults the same way. I expressed my wish to come back and try the pedals other day (my guitar has some pickup problem), asking him when's the ideal time to do so (when it's not busy). He replied they are always busy, almost telling me you are not welcomed to try the pedals indirectly. I was so surprised at his arrogance.

Yes Mr Hezlan, you did serve me today. Thanks for your time, I appreciate it. But I think I expected a little too much from the head of sales. Don't worry, I will not approach you again, knowing you're such a busy man.

However, I'd like to give a shoutout to other staffs who are patient in addressing my dissatisfaction as I was later attended by Adam (or Azmir), who was very patient in answering my questions. Also the repairing department is helpful and friendly.

MusicBliss offers cheap price and a range of products, that is no doubt. Definitely dropping by again, but this time I know who to look for.

The place for digital pianos/keyboards shopping, variety of brands (Casio, Yamaha, Korg, Roland) in display, good pricing and friendly services. Recommended. They have guitars etc.

Very competitive pricing, this place seems more like a warehouse as most items does not have price tags, however most things are cheaper than usual.

Cash and carry is definitely than shopping online. Their delivery service seems a little slow. However if you plan ahead, the price makes up for the laggy delivery.
