I don't usually write review, if I do, it's either very good or very bad. For Munich Precision, it's indeed beyond my expectation, hence 5 stars without a doubt.

The entire experience with Munich was more than pleasure, a varieties of professional options / advices to repair the broken part of my vehicle were offered, will definitely sending back my vehicle to Munich for regular service or repair (touchwood).

Last but not least, thanks to the owner Owen for offering a few options to cater my needs.

We purchased a used BMW X1 which needed a service as well as investigation with a Drive Train Message. I have had previous experience with Auto Bavaria and were not impressed with their service so began researching and asking for recommendations for BMW service centers in KL. By far the most positive reviews were for Munich Precision.
I contacted them, got an appointment in a few days time and took our X1 to them. From the booking to servicing and advising of issues, Munich Precision staff were amazing. Excellent Service and professionalism abounds. Quotes were itemised, parts in stock and the car was ready to be picked up on the same day it was dropped in. Many thanks to Zafirah for her excellent attention to detail and customer service. Mr. Owen (one of the owners) was present and personally checked invoices too. I even received two messages enquiring if all was well. I will certainly recommend Munich to all my friends. Thank You.

This customer centric service workshop is specially catered for continental cars and run by people of sound knowledge and experienced in servicing luxury cars. Every staff at this service centre is attentive, friendly and helpful. Their service area is very clean with a comfortable waiting lounge. After service, every car is given a complimentary car wash. Great job guys

Update (20 Sept 2022)

This place is honest. I came in with what seemed to be a failing 12v battery (there were symptoms which I recognised from the last time I replaced the battery; BTW this car has at 3 batteries: the usual 12v battery and an auxiliary battery to power the electrical and electronic component and a High Voltage like 350 volts battery to power the propulsion motor).

Within a few minutes I was told the batteries are fine. But, something was draining the 12v battery. It took about an hour to diagnose form the opinion that it was the dash and rear cameras which were getting turned on when parked and it is suspected that that activity is what drains the battery when I park it without plugging it in. That suggests that there are people who come close to my car when it's parked. Our houses in Putrajaya have no gates. Maybe I should examine the memory card to see who

Best of all, they did not charge me for the work (when a dishonest mechanic could simply replaced the battery and send me on my way poorer by about a thousand ringgit) and on top of that washed my car too.

Today (27 Jun 2022) was my first oil change service after my 5 year warranty period ended. I'm impressed by the service which Munich Precision offers that I wish the warranty period had ended earlier and the price of the car reduced at the point of purchase. After all everyone knows that the so-called warranty is included as a sort of insurance pool which customers pay as part of the purchase price.

I drove all the way from Penang to PJ to change the gearbox oil. The effort is worth every miles. The service is excellent and professional as I was updated from time to time during the oil changing process. I am very pleased with the customer service. Given 1 to 10 ratings I would give a rating of 10. Price is reasonable and the price quotation is done a few days the car was sent for servicing. The new parts replacement the photo was sent to me and they even video the process.

When I 1st time heard the name Munich Precision, I already got 100% confidence on the service and knowledge. I am glad send my 1 series to the correct place and handle by the perfect person to fixed my problem.

After my warranty period has ended at Hap Seng, I decided to look for an alternate workshop to service my Mercedes Benz A250. I looked up online and I discovered Munich Precision. Based on the good reviews and photos, I decided to give it a try. Mr. Tan, the service consultant greeted me and proceeded to show me the service bays. The area is very clean and organized. Seating area in the lobby is very comfortable with complimentary coffee. Pricing is very reasonable for my car service. I will definitely return back for my next service. Highly recommended!

I came across Munich Precision while browsing for a service centre to check and resolve my F30 GT tailgate issue. Ms Zafirah who was the service advisor was certainly courteous and knowledgeable. The issue was identified quickly and correctly. While waiting, I was allowed to use a comfortable, dedicated workstation which came in handy with all the plugs for laptop etc, also coffee and biscuits. And other staff there were just as friendly. I think, the most important point is, their pricing is reasonable! I too read reviews before bringing my car in - and yes, Munich Precision is reliable, professional and commendable. Please keep up the good work! To those who are reading these reviews, look no further. InsyaAllah your car will be in good hands here and your wallets will not be severely drained.:)

My 3rd visit to Munich Precision and as always will go back as a satisfied customer. The technician will share his experience and will answer all your questions. Their service is tip top and you get a complimentary car wash. Highly recommend if you looking for original parts replacement.

Excellent customer service & professionalism. Zafirah and Tan were very helpful and Weng Ho being very knowledgeable and transparent. No upselling pressure. Was there initially for regular service and a second visit to diagnose absorber/suspension noise.
Place is clean and quiet. They have made available a room for me to work in private as well. Nice touch. Highly recommended.

Shout out to Mr Tan too, very knowledgeable and detailed explanation after inspection of my car; I like the part when they seek concurrence and provide cost estimation before fixing them. Even offering me alternative, as some issues can be fixed at zero cost!
