The app of MSIG is basically useless.the agent told us that we could download the policy from the app.but nope is a lie.tired calling all numbers of MSIG just to ask help on how to download the policy document.no one can help in the entire company! It was a very disappointed journey with MSIG

Stellar counter service and already second car insured with them - MSIG has one of the best insurance coverage for auto.
-1 star is the need to improve the response to answer phone calls from customers

No. 1 service despite lunch hour. Pleasant tidy office with separator counters. Auto sanitiser @ entrance. Non front line staff helping customer even its isn't her job scope. Gd helpful listener & quickly update relevant staff who attended senior citizen resolving tricky car insurance early expiry ie none matching wit road tax. Kudos on MSIG staff. Enjoy self service Nestle white coffee by adding extra H20 as unsweetner, Security guard helpful in allowing senior citizen quick < 10min parking for MSIG visit

My car broke down last month and asked for towing assistance. I was told to communicate with Toyota as I bought the insurance from them. When I called Toyota they asked to communicate wirh MSIG. Again I called MSIG and they do not want to give any assistance and turn me down. I have to call Toyota again and they informed me that I have to do the repair only in Toyota center which I was so interested. I was stranded for more then 3 hour and I have no choice but to sent the car Toyota service center. Please clarify what went wrong.

For withdrawal ncd.on behalf of customer why must make things difficult. Ask for customer consent letter and etc. Pls make dont make things so difficult. U have called customer and some more ask for cust issue letter and i have to wait at ur office for long. Omg! Not so convenienced.

Slow service and waited 30 mintues to be service despite there are only 2 customers, in cluding me. Probably counter staff wanted to go for lunch, but the one who take is fast and apolozise for the delay. Need to brush up and improve.

Good experience for previous 2 visits. But always the same problem, last year is line slow so I want to pay by card and can't go through but luckily they settle that. Then this year waited for 1 hour, and this time is system slow. They said every year end system will be very slow and suggest us to renew online. So people don't come here on year end ya! Always system slow! Ask us to call customer care but the customer care never answer call.sighh

Good service.
That was before MCO.
Today around 1: 45pm, my wife n I couldn't even manage to go through the front door. Both 60+ senior citizen walking up and down the complex and couldn't get in your PJ office. Why! Because I don't have the apps to scan the QR code. What will happen if your customers don't have a handphone. The lady employee must be happy we left without much fuss, since we are only a small business. We offered to give our ic n phone numbers, but the staff would rather lose us as customers. I think even the government would appreciate if we were to inform them of our details for contact tracing. I think we need to be more careful when dealing with this company based on their policies n their employee aptitude. I will definitely inform my other chat groups. REALLY DISAPPOINTED

Renewed my car insurance 2 times here. Both services by different staffs are really good. They are very helpful & friendly. My first time renewing here, there's some problem with the card machine so can't pay by cards. The staff give me an alternative and it was solved. The 2nd time, I have quite a few questions and the staff patiently answered all my questions. There is less crowd here normally, there is no signage so need to carefully look at the block number. The service is very fast too! Overall, very good experience here

An easy to get to MSIG branch in Petaling Jaya. Otherwise, one may need to head into the heart of Kuala Lumpur. They are located in the front row of offices directly facing Jalan University. Best to park in Jaya One underground and just walk up through the driveway here. There isn't a any big signboard, but refer to the tenancy board in each block entrance to find them. When arriving, take a number and service is fairly fast as usually at least 2 or 3 staffs are manning the counters. The contact number listed here is correct, but my experience is that it's likely not answered. The call doesn't get routed to the counters, but to their internal office and unless one knows a correct extension number, it's not likely to get answered. Overall the staff in the counter helped me fairly efficiently and I was able to do the transaction in a small amount of time. They provide free coffee in a self service coffee machine.

Nak buat adds on e.hailing boleh kat sini.cepat dan tepat.tapi staff yg layan tu mcm acuh x acuh.dah bayar baru senyum.masa mula masuk mcm agak berlagak mungkin sbb kita org naik perodua pakai baju biasa bawa anak kecik.
