I regularly bring my car for servicing here. It’s better than the one in Wangsa Maju. They’re proactive and seem fair in their charges. Only complaint is there men’s toilet is squat only and hose doesn’t work. Women’s toilet was closed. It made me wonder: if they can’t repair their toilet, how well will they repair my car?

Great service centre. Very customer centric and responsive on WhatsApp. Service is commendable, space big enough for waiting customers with free snacks, drinks and entertainment. To clients, please be thoughtful and considerate, don't cut queue.

Best Kia service, no, best service centre of all service centres I’ve been to ever. Prompt service, gets to work right away, customer lounge well maintained and well stocked with beverages and snacks. Comfortable to wait until your car servicing is done.

Able to solve my car problem. But gotta wait for 6 months for warranty parts due to change of KIA owner.

For those who wants to service or fix their KIA cars, I recommend this place compared to the other service centre in the area. Great customer service by the SA and the manager, with knowledgeable technicians making every visit a peace of mind.

Used to be one of the best Kia Service center but now seriously became just another slaughter workshop

Comfortable and spacious if you want to wait here. Great customer service as well, they thoroughly inspect my car and highlight the parts that need replacement.

Tempat selesa utk tunggu my sorento di Servis. Air kopi Wanda pun disediakan. Free je. Haha. Nak bayar pakai wallet pun ok

Great service, friendly staff. Started to go to this place since more than 10 years ago and they still maintain a good level of service.

Good service. My only complaint is don’t get caught during their lunch hour as the place is a ghost town. Dropped off my Cerato for normal servicing at 10: 00am. Not done as of writing this at 1: 44 pm.

Nice waiting room but they'll take three days for something that others will only take one day so you'll have to waste money to rent a car to use in the meantime.

Quality service. Cozy waiting area. Price is slightly on the high side but you get what you pay for.

It's a Kia authorized service center. Very popular so must make appointment. Service advisor is attentive and explains what is being done for your car. There is waiting area with air con, wifi, TV, coffee machine and view of the workshop area.

Best KIA service center I've visitted so far. Friendly receptionist and technician. Most important is, they able to solve all the problem I complained and help me to claim for warranty. Highly recommended.
