I have purchased a Yamaha 135lc Fi from this Mjaya on 17 May 2023. Unfortunately after 3 weeks of using the bike the high on the handle (center bulb) stopped functioning.and when i proceeded to the shop (12 June 2023) for a warranty claim they told me it would take 1-2 months to replace the head light.i told them i can't wait that long because i use the bike daily and it's a big safety concern.and Mjaya replied saying that's not their problem and it was Yamaha's fault that it took so long. So called Yamaha directly and explained to them my concern. Yamaha Malaysia immediately told me to come the following day to get the lights replaced the following day (13 June 2023). It's obvious that this Mjaya has bad management and did not know how to deal with the issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO GET GOOD POST SALE SERVICES (WARRANTY).
ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING.

Easy to locate, most of the motor cup below 150cc is available on stock, staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable.

Sangat recommend jika ingin membeli motor disini, seller yang sangat peramah & mesra pelanggan.

Just bought a MT09 from them, dealt with Andrew and Ben. I would say the buying experience is pleasant from their front-liners, from beginning until delivery. Andrew is patient and answers all my questions on this bike. Ben is detailed in explaining the bike during handover. Both are attentive, friendly and fast response. Looking forward on their after sales service after this, hopefully it’s as good as the buying experience. Keep it up Mjaya and congratulations on your new shop opening.

If u want to buy a bike, look for salesman name So Fat, very friendly and recommended. For motorcycles service's price, it's quite okay la. But the chinese foreman with bleached hair really need to do something about his attitude. He can just answered customer's questions politely but he didn't and make 'annoyed face'

I bought my MT25 here n i have been servicing n doing maintenance here since, overall good service n feedback.

Wanted to buy either Yamaha MT 25 or Benelli 752S. Went to this place then got hp number from a young fella salesman name Ah Hang or something like that. Whatsapp him showing interest want to buy but get his reply very very slow. Maybe busy, not sure. And also, not allowed me to try the bike. (Come on, buy super bike cannot try? U think I buy kapcai ah?) Then after that I got the price and package, I asked him whether can get some extra freebies, he asked me to go to buy other place. Like what the hell? Can just give me the answer yes or no, right? But thinking that this shop near my place, so I just told him it’s ok, I still decided to buy a brand new MT25 from him.niama he didn’t even bother to reply.

After waited him to two days still no reply, I bought from Eang Chun motors, Setapak that has exceptional service. Answer every question in details, lots of freebies. And of course, can test ride. Because I’m obviously a sincere buyer.

Your salesman so lansi, screw u lah. Just a small motor bike shop, messy and dirty, want to act lansi.

Recently bought Nmax 155 from this store. Process is fast and staff is also helpful. I'm giving 5 star for customer service.

The sales person doesn’t allow us to seat on bike. When ask y, he answer the bike is heavy. Huh? Then how ppl will buy the bike. Very rude fella.

Tq tolong adik saya yang eksiden tadi.orang u suruh kol Moto Aid Malaysia. Memang terbaik servis mereka. Datang cepat dan tahu buat kerja. Kol Moto Aid Sekali je sudah angkat phone. Nasib baik bukan Road Warrior. Tq boss.

Antara kedai yg murah utk beli motor kalau cash.kalau hutang boleh survey lain - lain kedai.beli cash mmg antara yg termurah.

Saya call tanya mcm mana dgn loan saya, dia jawab semua dah okay. Tanya balik, boleh angkat motor hari ni? Katanya, boleh angkat. Bila pergi kedai, nak bayar depo and nak angkat motor, katanya tunggu call dulu baru boleh angkat motor. Peliknya dalam call tadi katanya boleh angkat motor. So, 1 star je deserved sebab harga motor agak murah berbanding kedai yg lain
