Decided not to use this service center anymore. Lack of commitment.first complain due to some noise.and they couldnt resolve it.told me will check with HQ and revert back.no calls came back.then drove there again after sometime and was told that the sound is normal for the car. Fine with that if its normal, but no courtesy to call and inform.second complain, seat was shaking and making noise.they said they will do a warranty claim. This was in May 2022. Since there were no feedback.i called back in July. Then told me the sparepart department asking for video.i complied and sent a video although was frustrated. Then quiet again. Texted them in August22 and asked whats the status after the video was sent.the exact reply from their staff named Mira was " apologize to you, i just noticed your video today and En Hasbullah already submit for warranty claim this morning, estimate it will take 1-2 days". Surprisingly, they texted me back after 2 days and informed that they need more time for the warranty claim. I acknowledged them and thanked for the update at least. A month passed and towards the end of September 22 i texted again asking for the update. Was told that the En hasbullah will contact me. Yet no respond.

Then for my 30k service in the month of October22 when i was there, i went to meet the manager. Gem of a guy. He checked and realized the request is not even in the system. He made a call to spare part department and found that stock for seat is available. He resolved the issue for me within days. Unfortunately i cant remember his name.he did a good job resolving my issue promptly. The things is, imagine if i didnt go to the manager.

The most recent i asked for 40k major service quotation in the month of Jan 23.told me that they will send once prepared. Waited till March23.had to text them again.then just got it last monday (6th March 2023). Hence, i have decided to move on to different service center for my major service and any services in future.

Very friendly staff n mr fahmi.
Just drop by today due to aircon issue The staff there did explain very detail the issue even I never services there b4 n no appointment. Although can't fix the issue on the spot but already make another appointment to fix it there. Hope it will turn out good. Will review after next appointment.

There's dishonest employee stole money from the money/coin box during car service. Even though, it has been adviced not to leave any valuables in the car, But this doesn't mean that allowing your own employees to steal money from your customer! Reporting to management is just the only solution.
Besides, alignment of tyre isn't doing properly, keep moving to the left side! Pay more for the specialist to do alignment but Not able to deliver a professional end result. Its worse than before. I hope this can be fixed tmr. I need to spend another day to go back there on fixing the alignment.
Mitsubishi Glenmarie, please do something about the both things mentioned above. It's quite disappointing.
However, I must say that Wan has delivered excellent customer service!

Mediocre service n unfriendly staff. Misleading discount offers. Terrible handover process post service. It was raining, the least u can do is offer to help me get my car which u parked across the road or walk me there with an umbrella. But no.

Staff friendly but service is so very slow.
More than 4 hours waiting.
Staff prioritize rest hour than a waiting customer.
When asked, they replied with attitude.

Very bad experience here, I visited this Service to check the engine light on and the window cannot move up/down intermittent. The representative service informed me this is a small issue, they will call me when service is done. First experience is the same with other Service Centres.

First issue:

At 3pm, I have a phone call from him and told me the issue already fixed, I can come to collect the car anytime. I came after a while to the Service Centre, but my car is not done yet. I go and check the car, the technician is still fixing the issue and asked me if did I ever service the car outside or anywhere. I also asked my self since this is never happen before.

They informed me about 1 part is broken and this issue is not cover by warranty. I told them that this car never service outside before, this is the second time the car comes to Service Centre (mileages ~ 1200km). They try to cheat me that this door frame already opened by someone, I checked and found the broken part is very new. After a while, they agreed to fix the broken part by.glue instead to change other part. But I also very rushing to go back to work then I don’t want to argue more. I’m ok to let them do it. Latterly, some of my friends told me that have a lot of case the technician broke the part and try to hide it by pushing the fault to customer.

Second issue:

The error of engine light on fixed by “reset some computer settings” which explained by the technician. I’m ok with that, but the engine light is on again after 2km drive away from Service Centre, I have to go back and ask them to check again.

After a while, the representative service come and told me that they never see any light on and start to raise the voice to me. I cannot believe it, I go and ask the technician who fixed the issue directly about what did he do with the engine light and what’s the root cause, why it’s on again just after 2km driving. He told me that he cannot check it because he deleted the error message and forgot to check the root cause. Omg, I never see what kind of technician and service like that before. They try to hide the error instead to fix it.

3rd issue:

I took back the car with very bad emotion, I was very disappointed about Mitsubishi service. After park the car, I realised about the driver seat door frame plastic has been cover footsteps with dusty oil and they scratched the plastic area which until now I cannot cleaned it (by my self or car wash service). Omg, I don’t know if they ever wash themselves or not, how come they can treat customer and their car like rubbish.

After all of that, they never provide any receipts about the service even I asked them twice, they pretended didn’t hear and try to talk about something else which make you forget to ask again.

Please try to avoid this service centre if you don’t want to have the same experience like me. Highly not recommended for this Service Centre.

More than 3 hours to change a recalled airbag eventhough I was given the first appointment slot at 830am. No indication on how long your wait will be eventhough they said it's only an hour process.

Unfriendly and no sense of urgency. I called before walking in and they said can come. Upon arriving they said 2 staffs did not come in so they cant take, hence i had to drive out.

No sense of remorse.

Previously charged sky high price without notifying.

Not going there back again nor buying Mitsubishi cars!

Good service from sales exec. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Quick to answer questions and provide sales advise. Test drive vehicles is good shape. Clean showfloor with latest models available for viewing.

I must say Kudos to Mitsubishi. From the time I walked in, it was totally refreshing. Friendly staff all round. And not just the frontliners, but even the cleaners and support staff. Polite, helpful and unbelievably professional.

Inviting ambience with Wi-Fi, coffee, tea and even breakfast. It makes it so easy to bring a laptop and get some work done knowing your car is in good hands. They sorted out my car's electrical problem effortlessly.something the usual mechanics have been giving me the run around with.

Honestly, sometimes going back to the original manufacturer will prove cheaper and worthwhile on the long run. The billing was very reasonable. I will definitely come back. BTW, customer service staff are really exceptional. Great job guys! You're definitely No. 1.
