Bad experiance for me.this is my 1st n last mitsubishi car.very bad after sale servis

Appointment was at 9am. I arrived by 9.02 and they made me wait for over half an hour before even meeting the service advisor. Its as though you all think we don't have jobs. Why put multiple service bookings at 9am when you obviously cannot manage. Better to spread the appointment and not make ppl wait. This is not my first experience with this branch.very poor post service care. Supposed to jave my reverse camera fixed since February and still no updates fem them. Didn't experience this in the other branches I've been too (melaka, pj, penang) This shows the staff here are lackadaisical, lack pr skills. Overall diassapointing and looks like I'll have to go back to a further branch as my few experiences here have been bad ones. Hopefully the manager of puchong mitsubishi takes better customer care and actually see how your staff work

Bad quality, it took hours for minor services. The person at at refreshments corner not quite friendly when you ask for a drink. Not a preferable service center for me

Service kereta kat sini sangat lambat. Kereta hantar kul 9 pagi, kul 1 petang kereta Masih parking kat luat belum ambik masuk untuk service. Harap lepas nie boleh buat sistem yg teratur. Ambik customer untuk service kereta ikut kemampuan bukan tamak
