57 The waiting time once you enter the service centre is more than 30 minutes.
I hope the mgmt have to improve on this.
I came in at 11.12am and now is 11: 45 and until now I’m waiting my turn.as I can see there were 3 sales advisor on duty.
Bad service ever If I compares to other branch Honda service centres.
Please change and come up with a good service plan and dealers.

Ridiculously slow service centre, 45 minutes wait just to book the car in for service, 2 desks open out of 10.
Good service.
But all type of coffee make from coffee machine is super-over sweet. Hope management will concert about it and can adjust to less sweet.
Annoyed with getting calls from the workshop for two consecutive weeks pushing for review submission on their system.
Servis lembab gila. Appoinment tukar minyak hitam. Bukan majorpun. 3 jam masih belum berlaku apa2. Tua di pusat servis.

Super slow service.
Normal service also take more than 4 hour.
Although the car have been completed around 12PM, SA didnt call us to pick the car.
SA also keep talking unnecessary thing. Keep it simple and do not try hard to "mengampu" your customer.
Always talk about fact.
This service center do not provide free car wash and need to pay.
The car wash service also very bad, not clean.
Itu pn ada hati duk suruh org polish.
The facility also is not well maintain.
FYI this is not my first time here and I thought it just 1 time issue unfortunately it a repeating issue.
The fact this SC is bad and superslow.
Perodua is much better.
Another thing this SA also not mentioning which part of compulsory and which one is optional.
Bought my Civic fc here.and for past 5 years, this is the place I serviced my car.so far, one of Best service centre.you can reach for SA MR. KRISH.gentle, amble guy.
Car service experience is good.
But the sales experience is very bad.if you want to order car, dont go through this branch.
The salesman is not well trained, bank loan have to do myself.gives wrong information on car queue.
Heck, my friend already got his car more than a month ago, when ordered later than me through other branches. I am still waiting.from queue 40 to queue 6, then queue 25 (wrong info) bla bla bla. Simply put, their sales team is not as good/competitive as other branches.
Service is excellent with good explanation from service advisor and now also have drinks and nasi lemak
After reading all the negative comment about their 3S service centre. I hold back from buying new Honda car. Haha. Don't want suffer la.
Neat n tidy! But sometimes at cust service, the personnel buat2 lambat xnak handle case kita.sorry to say, but i need to say 'bout this cz we are in hurry sometimes, need to fetch kids, need to avoid traffic, to wait for our turn, but no one want to serve.
I actually living nearby this Honda service centre …6 year ago I came for 1 time, but the service is very slow the way them speak to customer not polite and the phone always no one pickup one…after 6 year i facing battery low problem at nearby this centre, am try to call still same no one pick up.then I choose other Honda service centre

Bad experience in the early morning with a extremely RUDE security ‘chasing cars’ to park at the right spots, like he’s in an army.
Sekadar pertanyaan sahaja.ada kemungkinan kah pihak anda tidak menukar
part yang tertentu tetapi pelangan terpaksa membayar dan masuk di dalam bill? Pelanggan tidak nampak apa yeng mereka buat di dalam waktu servis? Bimbang akan ada masalah di hari akan datang sedangkan pelanggan dah menukar part tersebut.
Waiting area spacious and comfortable, got meeting room, clean toilet and friendly staff. Need to call to make an appointment before coming.
The staff here is very helpful and attentive. A good customer experience always being served by them. Good Job!
Recently sent my car for service. First time service with MH as previously under Mofaz. The SA is quite aggressive. Want me to change this and that under optional. Bill with optional came extra rm400+. I said no and he gave me the cold treatment. Won’t be coming back for service. Tq
