First time brought my RT3 here. They managed to replace my tail light. Good job. Unfortunately they unable to solve the engine light warning problem. Need to do something to upgrade their skills to make sure more RT3 can come here.

Sabtu kata tutup pukul 6ptg.tapi bila call tak angkat. Kalau mcmnie lebih baik tenaga motor tu. Kedai dah hampir nak tutup pun mereka masih layan lagi. Paling bagus. Mereka angkat tipun lepas tu kalau tak sempat nak buat atau nak tutup mereka akan cakap melalui telefon. Apa pun tak boleh ler

Akhirnya Mforce ade caw wlupun cuma dealer. Utk motor 250cc ke bawah saja. Yg lain sila ke Segambut.

Ni satu2nya workshop yg terima motor jenis sym vf3i, motor kne banjir.htr kedai mne2 workshop xberani nk buat sbb xde alat nk scan ecu.tp mforce ni mmg terbaik! Cuci smpi bersih.tiptop kje pomen dorg.harga pon tidak mahal mana.terbaik!

Hantar motor untuk repair. Tunggu Spare Parts sampai 4 minggu. Spare parts dah sampai pun nak tunggu berminggu-minggu lagi. Lebam la kalau macam ni. Nak tunggu motor bila boleh siap.

Not experience enough to handle Benelli Bike.
The staff broke the air filter ring of my brand new bike, went for 1st service. When i ask the head forman he just replied spoiled, @#$. How can a new bike ring can get spoiled jus like that.
It later replaced not sure if it was an original parts

Very disappointed with the sales person. Very unprofessional service. Went in the shop and request for the price of Brixton motor classic model. The sales person told me they did not sell the classic and scrambler model, only cafe racer available. And I've done the research that Mforce is the distributor for this brand, and they are available for those 3 models, so I insist to ask for the price for classic and scrambler model. Then the sales person told me they only dare to bring in only if I purchase the classic model (kalau you beli baru kita berani masuk model ini), so which means they did sell the model. Then I request for the price again, then he seems unwillingly and keep scrolling his phone for 3 minutes and show me the cafe racer model again telling me this is what they have. What kind of sales person is this if you don't know what we customer requested for. Is that so hard for you to just tell us the selling price?

Im sorry to say this, but this workshop doesn’t have responsibility. Saya hantar motor punca enjin rosak. Saya ingat bengkel kena handle la part2 yang perlu. Tpi dia suruh customer yg belikan untk cepatkan prosess. Saya dh beli semua barang yang diperlukan, tapi dia buat separuh masak je. Bile dah siap motor, itupun makan masa 2TAHUN, bnyk kali call baru nak buat. Dapat motor macam xbaiki, makin rosak part lain. Bila saya dapat motor, meter rosak, timing lari, sporket dh karat.itu pun kita jgk ganti sbb dia lembab buat kerja. Saya hantar la moto tu ke kajang, diorang full check balik motor saya, bende yg xsepatut rosak dia rosakBengkel moto ni guna motor saya sebagai spare part. Saya pulak kene ganti baru barang yang xsepatutnya. SERIOUS TALK WHOEVER WANT TO FIX UR MOTOR, DONT GO HERE

Came 3 times to service not going to come the 4th time cause everyday same case

Say change engine oil only but Indian girl addon gear oil lazy argue

Change oil also can take 1 hour

Layanan ok.cuma kecewa sedikit kerana mforce puchong tiada buat pemeriksaan waranti head disitu.kena ke mforce segambut.terima kasih mforce puchong walau tidak memeriksa tp tetap beri laynan yg baik pada pelanggan.harap mforce segambut menambah lagi cawangan mforce di kelang yg rata rata ramai pengguna sym dan benelli selain memudahkan penukaran part juga servis.sekian
