I’ve been using c200k for 16 years. These is my second workshop until now. The quality of service was very very good. You just to be honest with them (zaly, fauzi & zairul) about your car, they will advise you dependis on your ability. Hospitality is also very good.
The working area is clean. The staff and management personnel are friendly. Once u are there you want to go back again. Cos for me is the staff and management keep up the good work.
This used to be my regular mechanic. Quality of service used to be good few years ago, but deteriorated since last year, to a point my car kept breaking down multiple times and i had to tow the car few times, causing much inconvenience. Few friends that i recommended before also stop sending their cars.
I'm owner to 10 nos of Mercedes-Benz ranges from W124, W126, W140 today latest W222. I would stay away from this workshop at all. Price is ridiculous high and unreasonable at all.
Been going here for a while. Very good service and reasonable price. They will recommend what to replace or not depending on your pocket as well. Can get quotation first if its pricey repair works.
