Mercedes Workshop Malaysia (Techtrics Auto)

I have a 2011 Mercedes-Benz B180 (W245). This is also my first time trying this repair center. The experience is very, very comfortable!
The technicians were well trained and were able to carefully tell me the problem and condition of my car. It will also suggest which issues should be dealt with first; which issues can be dealt with next time. This kind of customer service makes me feel at ease. In this way, car owners can avoid paying high one-time repair fees.
Lucas, the service center attendant, is very professional. He very patiently tells car owners what they should pay attention to when driving cars of different ages and models; he also advises under what circumstances they should pay attention to whether the car starts to have problems and prepare for the next maintenance appointment.
The quotation from the repair center is also a key point that I am very satisfied with. Very careful and not blurry at all! The car owner can even ask the repair center to show the car owner the replaced parts.
I am very much looking forward to my next maintenance experience~~

I sending my mercedes to Techtrics for the past few years. Serious nightmare started when Jason handle our car account.
SERIOUSLY I urge all Mercedes owners DO NOT go this workshop! Imagine this workshop took almost 4 weeks "trying" to resolve compressor issues, in the meantime they don't even want to answer/reply our whatsapp of our vehicle status.we have no choice other than walk in to check our car status, guess what their technician cut our car plate into small pieces and found many new scratch markwhen we check with their boss and Jason and show them the pictures, they just kept quiet, just saying is product problem. We paid almost 7k but the compressor cant work at all after 3 weeks plus I couldn't let them tortured my car again and this workshop not willing to refund the faulty compressor. The compressor issues resolved by the other workshop in Bandar Puteri and found out Techtrics Auto's technician missed out a very important step and cause the new compressor can't functional. I paid *double* for the compressor due to incompetent technician in Techtrics Auto!
If I can put negative star here, I eill put negative100!

I had my S300L done by Lucas. Car is functioning perfectly. He will try to update you as much as possible whenever he can. Techtrics is also very transparent with pricing so you won't get any surprises. Furthermore they checked the car thoroughly to ensure everything is working well.

Great service and repair from Lucas and the team! The car feels like original once fixed the suspension and adding Ultra Racing Strut Bar give more confident on handling the car at high speed.
