Dear Mercedes Benz
I am your first time user of your car with purchase of A class 3 years ago but my experience with mercedes is truly disappointing. This car is merely purchased 3 years and recently drop in the service centre in jalan ipoh and i was told i need to put overnight just to service the car. Inconvenience aside, i claimed back the car after paying up high sum of service fee, the car started having multiple issues. Within one month, my front light not able to function properly. After 2 months, my aircond malfunction, instead of cold, i have drive under hot sun with unknown elevated temperature. It was so frustrating as this is not my first time experiencing this. I was too busy to return to service centre. Then major issue started after one week of malfunctioned aircond, my coolant has leakage issue! Why on earth did the engineer not checking this problem 2 months ago when i drop overnight in the service centre. This time, i need to get my car towed back to benz service centre in jalan ipoh. Estimated service duration 1 week! No courtesy car available or provided, upon asking, no hailing car payment reimbursement ever be provided as compensation of inconvenience. I am truly disappointed and regret to ever buy your car. The company policy for customer service is so bad, the mechanics fail to pick up major issue during servicing, no compensation whatsoever be given to clients. Please consider buying mercedes benz careful before making your decision.

Bought E350E, 5 to 6 times warranty claim in 5 years time ….
One time take minimum 15 days….

I had waited the car delivery for 6 months. Follow up with SA as well as customer service. Given an uncertainty feedback with uncertainty situation. Come on C&C, are you selling uncertainty branding? Buck-passing between SA & the center PIC (named as Richard Tan). Excuse over excuses to cover their sales commitment failure in pre booking. Richard Tan even discard my enquiry email to him on the delivery status. What a so call “professional” on customer service oriented segment.

MBM please get me a correct path to resolve my question that posted to C&C. Luxury brand with underperform service level. Totally unmatched.

I am not satisfied with the technical services as they cannot diagnose the problem with my car microphone and after been to the service center 3 X with the same excuses form them.they should refer to their audio specialist if there is any…

Sept 14,2022:
I called the office at 8: 45 am and was attended by Steffi Wong. My concerns were addressed and the JPJ e-batal was emailed to me within 5 mins. Great service.

The worst Customer Service.
I just read with interest the comment on the current Mercedes C Class.
Endless engine problems.
Not safe some say.
Some even recommended a Recall of the entire range of the C class.

There was even one who said that only after 2 weeks of usage, car had problems and Mercedes refused a refund, a replacement of a new car or an upgrade.

Kami fans Mercedes Malaysia baru saja terima berita. C200 yang dibeli daripada Hap Seng Star Puchong bermasalah sampai pembeli baru kereta tersebut di Blacklistkan daripada berjumpa dengan pegawai pegawai di Menara Hap Seng 1, ibu pejabat Mercedes di Jalan Tuanku Abdul Razak. Kejadian berlaku pada 16/10 / 19 diloby ibu pejabat mercedes kira kira pukul 3.30 pm.
Apalah salahnya pembeli membuat aduan kerosakan ataupun meluahkan pilu hatinya. Sekiranya benar, jumpa sajalah. Berbincang.
Mercedes Malaysia dikhabarkan menjual model merceds c200 dengan berpengetahuan yang ianya sudahpun bermasalah teknikal. Kalau sebegitu janganlah jualkan kereta model tersebut. Ianya mungking menundang bahaya. Siapa yang nak bertanggung jawab?
Kalau aku, lapurkan kepada persatuan pengguna, buatkan kajian dengan jpj semula dan panggil balik semua kereta model c mercedes.

Model C class yang dijual kepada pembeli amat rendah standardnya. Apa yang dijanjikan tidak ditepati. Saya amat berdukacita. Tak kanlah sampai ratusan ribu harganya, kualiti sebegini. Harap ' Recall' balik semua model C class yang dijual.

Since the first day we bought the car we weren't told the seat has 2 colours and the new car mileage was high salesperson #joelle told me and have proof, second week after receiving the car it broke down with engine lights blinking like the celebration Deepavali the festival of lights, #lenny from hap seng star puchong South guaranteed me no problems with the car and gave me a lousy extended warranty 20000km, however after driving it for another week the same problem came back and they told me it was software problem, now fine after collecting the third time and broke down just a week later they told me it was again software problem, and I tried to go to Menara Hup Seng 1 to clarify this issue, but unfortunately I was told I was Blacklisted from the building, so it sounds like I have been a criminal when I bought your product with the stares from many people around wandering what happened. This is the treatment I get for buying a new car from Hap Seng Star Puchong South. And most importantly I got Hypertension because of all the stress going on.cancelled deals and so on. A report for Colombia Asia Puchong is with me. Which shows the Hypertension due to the stressed it cause me and I have to be on Hypertension pills for the rest of my life. Please help.

Less than a year the new car and need to replace battery and labour cost more than RM2700+, never consider 250 anymore
