Installed 70mai hardware kit, was fast and charged reasonably. Once done, the leng zai staff (boss?) assisted me to block the cars from behind so that my car can go out fast to the busy road, great help

Simple accessories and rubber parts changed cost quite a lot for the quality of items used. Quite disappointed given the reviews. Maybe they do better with dashcam installations and other fixes, but I wouldn't recommend for parts and accessories change

Walked in at 9am today. The staff didn’t even greet me or ask what I needed, he just stared at me like I wasn’t welcome. I told him I was looking for a type of fuse for my car, he rudely said no and laughed with an arrogant smirk, then turned away from me. NO BASIC HUMAN DECENCY.

Same as Sujatha and Tommy’s review, BAD attitude and no sense of customer service. “Lansi” is the best word to describe the staff. Absolutely disgusting. Looks like this trash staff has been working here a long time and owner did not bother to train or hire better staff. If the owner doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and feedback, imagine the type of service you will get if you put your car in their hands.

If you read carefully, it looks like the good reviews are fake or bought. Nice try boss. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time coming here.

Edit: Boss. You are not acknowledging the fact that you are rude. Other customers have also complained. Is it difficult to entertain and talk to customers politely? If you just be polite and say properly you do not have the fuse I am looking for, that’s fine. But your ATTITUDE is the problem. Not even a simple hello when I walked in. Don’t change my review subject to my car. This is the fairest and most honest review you will get. After being rude and receiving a bad review you suddenly care to talk. PUI

Great workshop!

I messaged them on WhatsApp about my dash cam installation & central lock repair, and they got back to me promptly with a quote.

For my dashcam (front, rear & hard wire kit) it was RM90, and my central lock was quoted at RM160 but only ended up being RM85.

They also helped me with my backlight that popped out, free of charge.

Lastly, everything took less than an hour! Insane efficiency, I dropped my car off & had lunch and by the time I finished, my car was done.

Overall, this place has great workmanship, service, and efficiency. Definitely recommended

Charge reasonable prices for car air cond gas top up. Honest people who don't simply over charge or ask u to replace expensive parts.

Got a new car recently and it was quite barebones. So I send it here to installed some essential like central locking, alarm, dashcam, etc.

Came to get my headlamp bulb replaced. Turns out was just loose connection and they fixed for me for free. Took less than 5 mins even though there were other cars there.

As outstation person, first time visit, the engineer is very very nice and patiently teach and explain to me how to use 70mai Car cam instead just install and let me test/use myself. Need more of this type positive vibes engineer.
