Mecnote Studio - Repair Macbook Board Expert

Review kedai ni sgt bagus, tapi nasib saya dpt servis yang amat mengecewakan. Mesej Selasa (7.11.23) bagitau macbook dh siap n ready to collect after +-2 weeks (26.10.23). Reply will collect tomorrow. Pergi ke kedai sri gombak hari rabu (8.11.23). On laptop, tgok data lama semua tak ada sbb tukar storage. Tanya ada backup tak data yang sebelum ni. Staf yg ada situ bgtau kwn dia yg buat, dan masa tu kwn dia xde, pergi makan (11.15 pagi, masa rehat ke? Ntah). Urgent nk pkai laptop sbb dh 2 mggu hntr repair board. Dia suh balik dulu, nanti dh siap blh dtg ambek. Selasa lagi kan msg bagitau dh siap? So kena tggu lg setgh hari utk ambek? My work is there man, and has been delay for 2 weeks!

So insist nk tggu kt situ smpai siap backup balik data. Sy terpaksa mntk masuk keje lmbt sikit dgn boss sbb x nak datang balik ptg tu utk ambek laptop. Kwn dia muncul selepas setgh jam lebih sy tggu kt kedai. And end up, after 10-20 minutes die bgtau storage lama rosak dan mmg xblh baca.

1. Kenapa dari awal x bagitau je masalah tu? Sy kena tggu dkt sejam utk dapat tau yg data mmg x blh recover. Waste of my time. Bayangkan kalau sy balik, pastu staff awk call bgtau data mmg x boleh baca, so dtg ambek laptop. Rumah saya bukan kat tepi kedai tu bang.

2. Sekarang ni macbook sy x boleh bukak sebab ada password. Apa ni bang. Dh byr full ape semua, password ni sy kena hack sendiri ke!

3. The words used by your staff. "Kalau akak rasa senang, cuba lah baiki sendiri board tu". Ye dik, akak mmg x pandai sbb x belajar benda tu. Sebab tu akak hntr kedai awak sbb awak yg ada kemahiran. Dan servis awak berbayar, bukan free.

Tolong la improve communication skills staff awak. Saya bayar 1000 and I got so many disappointment on the staff attitude. Sekarang sy nk guna laptop ni pun tak boleh sbb lock.

Will not recommend this shop to anyone.

Alhamdulilah syukran to Mecnote as they agreed to repair my MacBook Pro despite the warranty for SSD upgrade was expired without any charge. I believe their management is an exemplary and deserve the highest compliment.from anyone. Honesty, integrity and commitment towards customer satisfaction is at utmost priority to them. I pray to Allah swt that their business is 100 times bigger than the existing one Insyallah ️️️

Year 2021: in the past year, I continue to use their service. It's quite sad because over time they become unhelpful, don't answer to questions and lack of response on WhatsApp messaging. I used to like their service a lot, like big time recommend others. But now processing time is longer which I can understand given the increase in work from home in general, but more importantly they didn't resolve the issues I faced, in fact more issues appeared after repair. I have claim warranty time and again and still facing issues. With the reduced quality, I don't feel confident to recommend this place to others anymore. They are still nice when met in shop in person, but if they don't deliver and lack of support on phone and long processing time, I begin to consider better service elsewhere.year 2019: Again, I am impressed by their quick and efficient service (less than 48 hours from laptop send in to laptop collection). The staff who attended to me was Wan. He's patient in handling all my questions.year 2018: Quick processing time, good service, affordable quote and transparent in communication. The staff who attended to me was Alif. He is helpful and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went to Mecnote in Batu Caves to update my macbook pro since not all store can do this. The fact that they did only in a day amazeddd me. Dan siap bersihkan lagi skrin i nampak cantik dan bersih. Definitely recommended and the price is worth it!

Baru repair MacBook anak, ingat tukar mother board dan key pad, rupanya baiki jer, sebelum ada customer tanya dia tukar 2 benda tu dlm 800 depan Kami, bila sy check repair jer charge dia 900, woi cepat Kaya niaga mcmni, layanan pun tak bagus, budak2 senang lah cakap, ini business org melayu, sy pun ramai bekas students iium yg buat repair ni, ini anak tersilap hatar. I brought my 27 inch 2013 iMac to them for a diagnostic check and to upgrade. They did an excellent job. Fast. Reasonable pricing. Very courteous bunch of guys. Definitely recommend them.

Admin call suruh ambil laptop, beberapa hari lg nk cukup sebulan. Lepas seminggu laptop rosak semula. Time nak pick up pun still ada problem. Hantar semula sbb ada waranty, aduhlah nak dekat dua bulan jugak. Dulu rosak hantar dekat dengan kolej. Siap kejap je, kerosakan yang sama jugak alahai.
