Only 0.5 star. Very bad service, starting from an arrogant 'jaga parking' until customer service. Procedure of claim even worst, u expect sick client to come over herself to your place?

Worst customer service. Doesnt provide any info requested by customer. Simple info cant provide by their customer service agent. All they advise to go to main office.

Does not even deserve 1 star. This company has the worst customer service ever. The worst customer service i ever experienced. Starting from the agent until their front desk staff.

Useless company. They will stop entertain you after 6 years. When my premium increased from 1.5 to 2.5 in 1 year I asked my agent for an explanation. It's already 3 month, till now no response.

Deceased relative left a sum of money to me as the executor of her will. Had to jump through hoops to claim the amount despite showing the company the probate letter from the court. The money had not been disbursed even though the documents have been signed and handed in. Typical of insurance company to drag its' feet when it comes to paying out.

Promised upon maturity will be paid after five working day.today already seven working days. Till now haven't get the money. Very disappointed upset and so sad very poorly handle for a such a big company and loose trust. Weather to continue paying for my family.

Very irresponsible company. Transfer our money to the Unclaimed Monies department even though we submitted the requested documents in time. Upon enquiry, they said there might be a delay due to their “work from home” policy. Not concerning their clients at all but to make their clients go through hassles plus to pay more costs when it’s not supposed to

Feel very Disappointed for this insurance company worst service ever
Every years need to chase the dividends from MICS, every year delay the dividends

Disappointed with parking pay booth location as only one available at a lobby away from the parking bay exit

Worst insurance company ever. Slow and lousy service. Not providing adequate info when demanded. Just stupid.

Call Cust. Service. Langsung x responsible. Tiada budi bicara. Sebelum apa pertanyaan terus block perbualan. Tak nak bagi info tentang cara bagaimana uruskan polisi yang dah diterminate. Memang patut ramai2 terminate je polisi MCIS ni.

Very very poor service. Not recommended to buy any insurance from this company because i request only one document for akauntan negara purpose, but after 3 month and untill now, i not get any document from this company. 4 times counter follow up. The reason is, don't have a record. Policy holder have, but no record. What kind of insurance company like this, customer record and file have easily lost. To all, Thinks first before sign up any policy from this company.
