Service kurang sikit. Saya x dapat burger saya. Lama gile tunggu. Siot betul la. Tapi yg lain ok.

Order dekat Apps.sejam tunggu.pergi kat kaunter tanya, sekali baru nak buat.skip order lah tu.fast food apa macam ni.pig snail pun lagi cepat lah.baik tak payah buat Apps kalau macam tu.

Please note that McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant, not a "slow-food restaurant". I have been waiting for 25 minutes since the time I ordered this morning. Every time McDonald's launches a new menu, the staff must take a longer period to prepare. When I ask the staff, they try to shirk responsibility. It is like it is our fault to eat here. Lastly, I don't think the diversity culture really works here. PS: Please recruit some of the staff (either lower or higher-level staff) who are hardworking (did not talk too much with other staff during work time), attentive to detail, and responsible.

Disappointed that they only serve the XXX spicy fried chicken only. No more serving the non spicy fried chicken now.

Many seating & tables available on both the first floor and the second floor. But they usually close the second floor access in early morning. They only open it after 10am.

Table service is available, just scan the qr on the table, order and pay using the app, they will deliver the food to your table. Or, you may order using the touch screen panel/kiosk provided.

I'm check in early morning. It's clean, I'm thru self service to order with no issue. Will visit again.

Order via foodpanda and everytimes must give wrong set and order mcflurry but when the rider arrive dont have mcflurry，very bad stuff working attitude.

Take away this time. Service excellent. But I don't happy with order self machine. Not friendly, I guest. I prefer that the menu Infront of the cashier will be the same with the order self machine. Tqm

It say happy meal gift was spongebob but it give a barbie doll and this not the first time every time inorder happy meal it give a unwanted toy

Near hosp ampang, actually just in front of it. Helpful when ur warded there n suddenly craved for an ice cream.

Poorly arrange for the drive thru, and its super slow.waited for very long time only my turn to order. Fries is quite hard, please double up the quality control.

A one way access. If ure from pandan indah, u have to make a u turn. Well maintained. Good landscape. Will be congested during school day as its near to a local school

This night i.order the foodpadan ad 6: 29 to 8: 03 before come and i never see this food like a dog food French fries not enough cook and the order wrong you just wait and see tomorrow i be there padan mewah mcd you just wait me come!

My saddest experience is when I ordered through drive thru. I'm a deaf person. Unfortunately one of your mcd staff asked me that I have to park and then order inside. Thats not fair for me!

Hoi mana aku taip panjang2 takde keluar. Dahla lapar. Cancel order in advance 3jam masa time delivery tetibe cancel. Sakit hati betul. Nak buka puasa makan plastik ke skrg? !

Sending order wrong and take so long time while low hour.and the burger are not matched with the ingredients.

Service bad, not based on 1st experience, but repeatly i went there till i stop go there. Always forget to put the toys for happy meals and melting ice cream. Come on guys, you can do better.

what I really order is the spicy m chicken but they give me is spicy chicken Deluxe.that's different prices and different name right? And also just give me large size even I never said I want to large size.what the hell? It's the staff's ear not well？and u gonna to tell me this is the what u call good service? So funny.

Bad customer sevice. Drive thru counter. No manner while taking and giving order. Dont deserve any star
