The service officer is friendly and nice. And this is the only service center which issued me the repair order note and listed down the repair/maintainance tasks after i went for so various centers (more than 3)
I booked a service to replace the car battery last week and went this morning.
I was expecting that they able to change it without any issue. Comfortably sat in the lounge. After 15 mins they informed me that no battery stock available now and waiting for shipment to arrive.
She helped me to call another service centre to check any battery available there. (I gave her - 1 extra star for this service, if not. 1 star).
She mentioned to get the battery is first come first service. I am expecting to get a call if last piece of battery gave to another customer last Saturday. Then I don’t need to drive all the way to this centre and waited for 15 mins to know no more battery available. This completely wasted my time and petrol.
Hence, I wouldn’t go back there for any service.
The best mazda service centre and very helpful.will continue service my blue shark here.
Good job with the car. They are very fast and efficient. But I hate their waiting room. They have coffee and water. Magazines. But no TV. It's boring.
