18Sent my mazda to lunaseca after i got into an accident. The whole process was clearly explained from insurance claims to the order and repair in the workshop. Mr Chun Kin Yip (advisor) has been a great help and updated on the progress without me having to follow up myself. Thank you!

Always love coming to Mazda 4S Sg Buloh - Lunaseca Motors. The service is always a top notch. I was recently involved in a minor accident (someone hit my car in the parking area). We proceeded for a claim and it was a smooth process from the start to the end. Dennis, who is in charge for the claim and repair did a superb job in managing the process. I am thankful for his support and help. He guided me throughout the process. The repair just took less than 4 days to complete. Thanks so much to Dennis who is always keep me updated on the progress. Well done for the great job.

This is our first time buying Mazda car from Mazda 4S Sg Buloh and the whole process was very smooth thanks to our SA Jack Yap. He helps to deliver every of our needs and he is very dedicated toward satisfying his customer (us). Even until we have received the car, he didn’t fail to keep on explaining and answering our queries. They got happy customer here.
Send my car here for maintenance because of location convenient. But after few maintenance, no idea why always got extra charges, always got part told to change end up need to pay 100-200, not sure it’s trap or really necessary? Aren’t mazda promise for 5yrs free maintenance under 100k? Coffee machine not working. Changed to bermaz mazda pj, 2 time maintenance there, haven't get any extra charge so far.
Excellent service, quality auto maintenance and clean environment. Very safe and accessible for female drivers.
Only drawback for me was that the interior was a little dustier / not as sparkling clean as when I used to get my car serviced at HQ, but this is very minor and I can get my car interior cleaned anytime at a CARs or something.
Been to various service centres over the years so my expectations were rock bottom, but I was pleasantly surprised when I drove up to the centre. Despite it being located in Sg. Buloh, the retail shoplot area Lunaseca was located off the road was safe and well-lit. Easy to park and to get attended to.
Mr. Lee was my customer service representative. I appreciated that he was upfront about recommended services and backed up his suggestions with observations and also alternate solutions. In other words, even with upselling, I was given options and did not necessarily have to go with shelling out money if I chose to forego them.
It did end up being quite a lengthy auto service from 11am until 1: 30pm, far longer than the originally quoted 1 hour because of several major things that needed to be addressed. When quoting the service time, Bermaz (HQ) may need to update their appointment booking software to indicate that the service time could extend further depending on what needs to be done.
Regardless, the customer waiting lounge made the waiting experience very pleasant.
Ample drinks both hot and cold were available including a San Francisco Coffee-branded machine (and if that's not your cup of tea, there is an indie cafe opposite in Lightbox).
Some snacks and sweets available, and lots of comfortable seats with dining tables. Power points also available if you need to charge your devices while waiting, and Wi-Fi access was also very visible for us.
There are service centres nearer to me (<10 mins) but I decided to try Lunaseca in Sg Buloh because it was much higher-rated. I would rather drive the extra 15 mins a few times a year to get better service rather than go somewhere nearby that is rated unfavourably by other drivers like myself.
I appreciate the level of customer care Lunaseca upholds. Please keep up the good work.

Body and Paint the Servis advisor Mr. Hugo very good and polite, very fast servis, recomended for repair, 5 star quality.
Expensive and love to add on alot of unnecessary stuff during service. Ask to check suspension noise, quote everything from front suspension, bearing, engine mounting to rear absorber. I didn't know which was necessary, am i the mechanic or them?

Great environment & friendly staffs. Clean waiting lounge that comes with free wifi & power outlets. Filtered water dispenser (Cold/Hot), complimentary freshly brewed coffee & snacks available at the lounge pantry. You can either choose to work at the table or sit at the sofa lounge & watch TV.

Berhati2 lah sapa yg pergi service dekat sini, kalau yg masih ade warranty tu okay, kalau yg dah habis warranty mcm aku ni mcm2 benda dia suruh tukar.
Aku pergi dgn mileage aku 168000km, aku bagitau kereta aku handling aku x elok, bila cornering rasa membuang sangat2.so aku hantar petang n tinggal kereta aku kat sana utk dia inspect. Hasil inspection keesokan harinya, staff dia suggest utk aku tukar dulu tayar kemudian tukar full set suspension depan. Utk tayar tu aku dah boleh expect, sbb tayar dah 4 tahun, tapi utk set suspension depan baru tukar dekat 2 tahun. Sini aku dah start sangsi. Kemudian dalam quotation, mereka suggest utk tukar mcm2 dekat engine katanya seal and gasket tu dah out. Yg ni buat aku betul2 terkejut, gasket tu baru tukar 3bulan kot dekat workshop luar.
Jadi cuti Thaipusam 2021 aku pergi bengkel specialist mazda di Seri Kembangan mintak dia cek and confirmkan apa yg Mazda Service Center ni quote. Bila check, suspension semua okay broooo, tukar tayar n allignment terus handling dah tiptop balik, gasket cantik lagi getah lembut lagiii. Lower arm aku pon baik lagi. Nampak x penipuan service center ni. Barang dia quote sometime harga sekali ganda atau lebih berbanding dgn kau beli dekat authorized part seller original japan di Sentul. Tu x Kira labor costs.
Trick dorg, apa2 fault yg dia gtau kau x boleh tgok bukti, sbb dia x bg customer masuk ruangan bengkel, gambar kerosakan pon x bagi.
Nasihat aku, pergi inspect je boleh, tp jangan percaya bulat2, kos spare part dorg mark-up gila2.

I just bought a second hand Mazda 6, so, this is my first time servicing my car in a Mazda 3S center.
There are some good and bad here. Service wise, it's great. Appointment management, not so great.
Let me start with the whole process of getting your car serviced here (at least for me) :
1. Walk in to make an appointment. Receptionist will ask which day do you prefer and then give you a choice of what time to come.
2. Drive your car to the service center on the appointed day.
3. Walk in with your service book and show it to the receptionist. Receptionist will show you a list of things to inspect/replace, some are necessary and some are just nice to have. This is also the time where you can provide some comments/feedback about your car's problem or any extra things that you would like them to inspect/replace.
4. You can now wait in the service center or leave your car there to be serviced.
I waited 2.5 hours from my appointment time for my car to finish servicing. However, the actual servicing time is only around 1 to 1.5 hours because I had to wait for other cars to finish first.
This is where I think it can be improved. Instead of just dropping by to make an appointment only (step 1), we could have done step 3 together. This way, they could have had a better grasp of my car's condition to estimate how long it would take to get my car serviced (so that they can plan the appointment time of the next car more accurately), and I can just drive my car to them on the appointed time and get it serviced as soon as possible.
That's enough of the appointment/long wait time issue. Now for the good.
1. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Kesh was the one that served me and there's no hard selling of nice to have, but unnecessary products to me, which you may see in some other service centers. Kudos to you, Kesh!
2. Service center is comfortable to wait in, plus there's drinks and snacks for you to have when you're waiting (although the snacks are all gone when I'm there XD).
3. Servicing is done professionally and thoroughly, plus the workshop is tidy and clean.
4. Labor fee and some genuine parts are more expensive than what you can get outside, but I consider that money well spent for the service that they provide.
All in all, it was a good experience here.
