They are ARROGANT and RUDE. They probably have NO training in customer service AT ALL. They were dodgy and refuse to admit to their mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs

Had a really good car experience here! Kudos to all the staff who is friendly and helpful. Shout out especially to Ken chow who really helpful and patient to answer our enquiries! Keep the good work!

Very poor service, after book the appointment there is no reminder call. Plus once reach the services centre then only they saying oil don’t have stock. Why not they inform early? This is how they treat customers? And then please train the staff’s as well, one saying car under warranty, another one saying have to pay. Actually it’s brand new car just 5 month old.

Improve the facilities like providing a work area with power adapter. The complimentary car wash service without vacuum, what a stupid value added service. Don’t foolish your customer. Lastly, the digital feedback form without a send button. Gosh.

Very poor service.failed to verify the condition of the car battery during the service, which left me unable to start my car after a week.

If there's a choice, go elsewhere. Service is not good. The follow up is really lacking. Staff and manager have a very lackadaisical attitude. I was told to come to repair three items by the manager but when I'm here, the staff said there was only two. I had to plead with the staff to check and check, and to check with the manager so that I don't have to come again. The staff actually told me what the manager said was not recorded hence 'I don't know'.
And while I've provided feedback on their service to the manager multiple times in the past, nothing has improved. Nothing.
This service centre actually puts the Mazda brand in a bad light. Other than my early experiences with this centre when it first opened, which was good then, things went downhill and never improved. This is my second car from mazda and after this I'm seriously thinking of changing brands. A honda service centre nearby provides miles better service.

I am not sure about the procedure of all Mazda 3S center, but it would be great the customer service should bring the customer along to check the car conditions before proceeding to bring in the car for service, but overall I got a good impression and friendly services that they able to solve my interior headlight problem without extra charges that I went to the other Mazda service center they just push away my request and ask me go to the accessories shop to fix without help to checking it
Overall the environment is clean and there is mini lounge for drinks like coffee and tea, and free wi-fi.
After service they provide cash wash service too.

I have been to about 4 Mazda service centre and I must say that this is the worst. Very disappointing and I think it’s a disgrace to the brand – MAZDA. A normal workshop provides better customer service.

STAFF NAME – DENNIS
CENTRE MANAGER - LOW

Day 1 (21/9) - Sent my car at 9.30am. Walked into a gloomy service centre with no one greeting upon arrival. Went to a counter and the guy seated there did not even say hello or morning. Informed I have made an appointment and he asked what’s the issue with my car. I have already explained everything when I made my appointment, and I assumed it should have been keyed into the computer. However, I repeated whatever I have told the person on the phone when I made my call. I was told that there is a possibility that my car will be in the service centre for 1-2 days, that is upon me asking. I agreed with the impression that I would at least receive a courtesy call the very same day to update me of the situation of my car. If at all you can’t check my car on the same day, I think I should be informed via a phone call. And I was told checking fee is RM120.

Day 2 (22/9) – Called the service centre and I was told that need to do a final check and should be able to quote me. I told the guy I need to know by end of the day as I need to arrange for transportation if my car needs to be in the service centre for another day. End of day 2, NO CALL AT ALL.

Day 3 (23/9) – Called again in the morning and was told my car will be checked. I informed that I don’t want my car to be checked anymore and I would go over to collect my car. What I got from the guy was “Ok can. Thank you”. Not a single sorry. When I arrived at the service centre, I met the centre manager. Even the manager was as bad as the other staff. No manners. Did not even stand to talk to me, just sat the on the chair and continue talking. Covering the staff’s mistake and once again did not even apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Nothing seems right at this service centre. Look like a cheapskate place. I will never step into this service centre ever again.

I have been to few mazda service center and this is the worst experience I had.

Poor customer service, the work done is really slow and always short staff.

I'll stop going here although it's near for me.
Save your time by taking your business elsewhere.

Just be careful when you are buying from this dealer.

They will delivered the display car to you without informing you that the car was display in the showroom (customers can open the doors, sit on the seats, touch your dashboard etc).

Chassis number of the display car on my first visit is the same as the car delivered to me. (2 months in between)

Called their branch manager and she explained this is absolutely normal and hung up on me.

I guess it's fine nowadays if you are okay with people came in and out & sitting inside your car before you own it.

Very upset! First car. Came in before 8am, left about 10.40am. Almost 3 hours for a routine service? ! Service advisor said "Oh! Because doing alignment". Really? ! It takes so long? I didn't wanna argue because I was in a hurry. Nonsense. Keep this up Mazda! Well done. Continue with your arrogance

Satisfied! I sent my car for 10k service, am glad they followed all SOP in social distancing. The staff was pretty friendly and well-verse on their product knowledge. But maybe can have a more tv shows option la haha, overall pleasant experience.

Poor service. Removed my baby car seat and didn't fix back or notify. My baby just flung together with the baby seat. Purely poor service. Are your workers well trained?

Excellent service. Good explanation from staffs. These days its always packed especially Friday and weekends. Please make your appointment in advance. The technicians should be friendly looking at the least. They look annoyed usually from afar. They provide complimentary car wash after car service on request basis.

Small but very friendly and good quality. They managed to rotate and balanced my tyres which gave me a smoother drive. I couldn't get Glenmarie centre to do for years. (however i did hear a lady complaining about her tyres too)

Good and fast service. Less crowded compared to Glenmerie and Federal H/W; that's why no need to wait too long for appointment. Recomended!
