What a difference an excellent service makes.to be honest I was not competely serious about a Mazda purchase until we by chance waltzed into the City Ruby showroom in Taman Megah and happen to be served by Joon Seen. He was very attentive, with excellent product knowledge and service which benefitted us in our final decision to purchase a Mazda.

Joon Seen is an excellent example of how a gentleman representing a brand should behave and act. My wife and I were constantly informed of the steps and actions required with excellent advice and tips in our decision making, towards ownership. He saved us much trouble and yet allowed us to make informed decisions which we really appreciate.

Got my Mazda CX 30 here. My SA, Alan is professional and knowledgeable. Basically I no need to worry anything and he would follow up from A to Z in efficient manners. Extremely satisfied with the service provided here. When I first came to the showroom (not knowing whether I wanted to buy a car or not, just wanted to enquire first), the sales lady named Mok was very very helpful and knowledgeable. I came back again to place a booking and Mok helped me a lot with every step of the way from getting my desired number plate, to trading in my car. I even got my car earlier than expected!
