11Not recommended to service your car here. The last time I service my car they didn't fix the filter oil cover and felt off after just 2 days after service, then claim that I hit something on the road and make me pay Rm100+. I entrust their service to change my car battery, now the battery faulty in the warranty period, and say I do not have the warranty card (and I don't remember i received the warranty car) so I need to pay full amounts for the battery. Come on, I pay extra to get things done, now I have to face such problem.
Worst service center I have gone to. Incompetent mechanic, bad customer service.
Can’t even assess the car problem correctly.
Avoid this place at all cost
Cosy environment. Inspection was done in 40mins. Waiting room. Is spacious n cosy. They hv vrnfing machine for drinks n snacks via ewallet. Preferably the staffs to be extra friendly not just hi n bye.
Worse salesman ever.
1. Ask me to check and understand online.
2. Look down people.
3. Ask to book without viewing the car and told me just ignore it if cannot wait
Very good service and initiative given for Mazda CX5 warranty claim from Ah Hock, Bat and Shida.
This place service confirm fail. Expensive and when ask total amount on the phone say 1100 when arrive there price is 1900 after service ️
DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICING! They just a dealer Mazda, they won't take responsible to do full checking whole car condition! I do service on early month of June and they did not notice me that my battery percentage is low, 1st July my car shown error.
I should able to enjoy benefits from Mazda 50% off battery within 2 years warranty cover, but because of them, i have to paid full amount RM612 instead of RM300+ for new battery. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY!
One of the fastest dealerships to get your new car. The salesman was always one step ahead. My niece bought a new CX-5 and the salesman went thru' a tough time just to get the number we wanted. Very highly recommend place to get a Mazda.
Not recommended for car service. Simple job like service reminder in the MZD was not reset by the service center after servicing the car, this is not acceptable since it was a simple job and I attended the service center during non peak hour (weekday afternoon). Attitude of the service advisor was alright but the service advisor seriously need to improve his understanding to their car.
Experience could have been better here.
Sales person had good product knowledge but was agressive in sales.
We asked for info and there were marked differences from what we gathered from the Glenmarie outlet.
We were told of upcoming price increase which wasnt announced as an attempt to rush our decision, when queried if the said increase in price was confirmed, sales person said no, and is rather an assessment.
All in all, more sales driven instead of customer focused, from our experience.
Came here twice for repair job. Both times still have problems after the repair job. Lacking professional services to ensure car is in good condition before passes back to customer. Have to came back twice just for them to rectify the problems. Super disappointed. Services is at the level that it suppose to be. They have waiting area upstairs.
