Richard was my SA when i purchased my car at Mazda TTDI branch back in 2022. He is now attached with Sri Damansara branch. However, he's still assisting me with all affairs when it comes to my car. He's just one Whatsapp away and never failed to answer all my questions (even the stupid ones lol!). Last week, my windscreen got hit by a stone when i was driving. I reached out to him for advice. Let me start off with the first impression as I found their ads over the online and decided to try message to enquiry on the pricing for Mazda CX-5 and to my surprised, Richard actually responded back to me quite immediate even after office hour with my questions.

Without hesitation, I have decided to go for a test drive with my parents on weekend.
