What I hate the most is that every time the car makes a noise, I will tell you that it is like this, and it will sound like a new car has arrived. If Halo makes such a sound when tested, it’s not too late for me to leave! Are you still wasting time and money?

Really bad service and management. Even dont have record for spare part deposit, lucky we save the receipt. Mazda here really need to improve their management. Bad staff also.

Poor service attitude, the staff there are too lazy and don't take their works seriously.

Sales and service centre easy to locate since its right next to Cheras-Kajang highway (towards Kajang side). Left the car. Called to pick up few hours later. Nice counter staffs.

They don't deserve a star at all!

I sent my car to repair and repaint my bonnet end up they drove my car into water pond.

Months already and no news I paying the car loan for nothing now!

Going to sue them through tribunal and will take legal action!

The worst of the worst staff ever!
Even local brand service’s much more better
No manners, not friendly at all!

This guy staff even vaping in the building!
Guards 24/7 with phone
We’re watching the tv then this sales man switch off the tv without prior notice or even a sorry to us!

Making us wait for a long long time!

Very bad time management, no work etiquette, ignorant staff

No one at the front desk, even underestimate customer’s potential to buy a car.

Not wearing a masks and even coughing loudly!
What a shame for Mazda for hiring incompetent staff, Mazda is one of prestigious brand I’m very disappointed with this outlet.

Your Service Consultant, Mr Nadzir at the cheras branch is certainly very helpful, courteous, diligent, knowledgeable and a hands on personality in settling the many issues we had. Came here many times for regular service. 5-stars for Officer En Tajul very friendly at the front desk, explained in detail about possible choices to repair dented bodywork for a minor accident. Spacious, quite a new setting. Easy access from highway and plenty of parking.

Did not protect my car interior with plastic cover before commence work.
Did not provide details of what is to be done.just say normal service.
Did not sanitize my car after service.
No complimentary car wash
No other customers there you would expect something better.
Did not apply service sticker after service and detailsfor next service. I had to request for it to be done. Really bad service

20/7/20 - Went for a service appointment and being attended by Service Advisor En Emirul. He was pleasant, friendly and able to suggest solutions for my problem during that day. 5 stars for him.

BUT, when i went to Sales Department (asking for trade in my old Mazda to new Mazda3) - one Chinese guy just sitting at the counter playing with his mobile phone - not even greet the customer, and still sit there - just answer my question as general (which i can found in the internet) & seems not interested to introduce new models although I’m interested. And i’m the only customer during that time ya. So frustrating. Bad bad bad service i would say.

The best and reliable Mazda Showroom with one stop service centre. The place is clean, spacious and full range of cars for viewing.
I got my new car Cx5 delivered less than 2weeks as promised.
Excellent work to Jason Wataru sales staff. Superb performance, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.always responsive to all my questions.
High class service provided before and after sales too. Really appreciated & thumbs up!

Just want to say a big thank you to the staffs and technician for rescuing a kitten trapped in my M2, foc. They were quick to attend to me when I walked in panic-strickened. Service centre looks good and comfortable
