If you’re looking for a brand new Mazda here, go and straight away find a salesman name FAUZI PHARODZ! He is the best salesperson you could ever ask for in terms of buying a car. Very responsive and I can even collect my car in less than a month since my booking date if it wasn’t for me delaying the process intentionally haha! He even make my whole process of changing a car plate at JPJ smooth and easy. Thank you so much FAUZI for the BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE!

Dickson was of great help.
Though the wait was a little long.
That was to do about the car maker.
By the time I was getting the car, the pre-approved loan interest rates went up.
Dickson assisted on the matter.
Everything went on smoothly.
Also helped out on arrangements of selling my car.

By far, this is the best car purchasing experience I've had and all thanks to Gordon Lim.

I called up the showroom back in Feb to enquire about the new CX3. Based on the pleasant conversation I've had with him, I decided to pay a visit to the showroom - and I was glad I made the decision to visit this branch instead of others. Gordon was not pushy with getting me to make a booking but instead provided me with information and answered my queries in WhatsApp to assist in my decision making over the next couple of weeks. I also really appreciated that Gordon took proactive actions to keep me updated about my car, it was stuck at the port for quite a while, but he continued to keep me posted for almost over a month.

Since it's also my first time purchasing a car, I had zero knowledge - how to sell my previous car, insurance, car registration, tinting and coating needs. All of these were not part of his job, but he was very genuine to help me out - recommended me contacts for selling the car, how to bid for numbers, good quality tinting vendors etc. Btw, I did end up going for the tinting vendor next the showroom, reasonable price and very good service and quality. Would recommend them 10/10.

Usually after car collection, you don't hear back from the salesman since the deal is closed. But Gordon continued to follow up with me to ensure my service and warranty details are all in place. I had a minor issue with the car - and informed him. Gordon was genuinely surprised and asked me to come by the showroom so he can inspect and figure it out for me. However, I later found out that it was due to the rear seat not in locked position so issue is resolved and I'm happy with the car!

All in all, I would recommend visiting this showroom and Gordon to anyone who wants to purchase a Mazda car. Truly the best car purchasing experience I've encountered!

I just had my car delivered to me to my home. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dickson Wong for his patience and most of all meeting my expectations and demands. Long story short, he has been following up with me in Nov/Dec 21 and have never given up on me as compared to many other sales persons who painted a beautiful picture to me BUT half way through, they just disappeared. Dickson has followed through from booking, to chassis number, to arrival at Port, checks, using trailer to deliver my car to showroom, arranging for inspection, arranging for coating and tinting with a trailer and deliver my car to my doorstep with a trailer (one of my demands, mileage should not be more than 10kms and he made it happened). He answered my questions even if its 10pm at night or 730am in the morning. For this I truly appreciate his Responsibility as a Sales Person who take cares of his customers. Thank you Dickson! Great Job!

Superb service from
Dickson Wong…meticulous service from booking till delivery. Although it took closed to 5 months for me to get the car, Dickson managed to attend to my requests, from changing the car type from High to Ignite Edition; tinting/coating/PPF fixing and arranging for Carsome and Mytukar to come to my home for trade-in car inspection! Highly recommended to purchase your Mazda from Dickson and Thrive Glory!

SA Dickson Wong from Thrive Glory @ Mazda Balakong is talented, has good communication skills and ensures the customer is updated on every details from the time you walk in to test drive, place booking, loan process and car collection. He keeps his client A-Z. He ensure the customer is satisfied with his service and he is able to provide very clear also precise explanation. You can ask him any question and he response as fast possible. As a customer, i will rate him 10/10 and will surely recommend any of friends and family to speak to him if they wants a Mazda vehicle.

Had a fantastic experience buying my CX5 from Sales Advisor - Dickson. Dickson is great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable in providing comparative data between model n spec options, that we would have never known, which allowed us to eventually make a fantastic choice.
An exceptional experience.

Ms Xuan (SA) has been helpful throughout the entire journey. She reply promptly to my queries, follow up with customer time to time, and most importantly, she know what the customer wants.

Just now I went to Mazda showroom to check on Mazda CX5. I was attended by bro Fauzi. He is the best salesman I ever deal with. Surely I’ll buy the CX5 from him soon.

He has briefly shown to me the differences of the options, willingness to help in finding the best option to trade my car and respectfully answering all my questions. If there is an option to give 10 stars, he will definitely get it. Good job bro Fauzi & Mazda. Looking forward to be your customer!

Paid booking fees of 500 ringgit. Kept annoying me and pressuring me to pay by saying last car last car. Later when I went to his dealer shop, only to be told the car has been sold by his 'boss' without his notice. Prior to reaching his dealer showroom already place a call that I'll be coming to view the car. AFTER 30km drive to his showroom he only told us no car available anymore. Damn pissed at the guy name Hanson Lee. Becareful. Although it's fully refundable but I'm still pissed.
