Came 4 days ago to change my punctured tyre (right front). Nobody at Lim Tayar Melawati explained to me how it would affect my car’s balancing if i only change 1 tyre because they seem busy for some reason, or it is better to put the new tyre at the back.no balancing done whatsoever just the change of tyre done.now i had to go change another tyre because i can feel the balancing was off when driving.two stars because they got michelin tyre and fast service.other than that, nope.

Place quite busy but managed to do alignment & balancing less than 30 min. Suggest to have complementary drinks & snacks while waiting.

Good service personnel. Ah Loong is my go to mechanic, at this place. They have good customer service!

First visit so far so good. Sent my car for service. They explained what need to change, what is still functioning and need to change only in next service. This is important as car owners typically are turned off by workshops that recommend unnecessary change/replacement for higher profit. Keep up the good work. Supervisor drove car for final testing before handling over the car.

Parts are overpriced. Only consolation js 6 month's 0% installment available to cushion higher price. Spare parts about 40% more expensive than at OEM workshop.would not recommend
