Without Chun managing this place, this place has lost its customer centric and their standard has gone down. 6hours for balancing n alignement?

A flat tire and the car stopped on the roadside. I searched for your store online, looked at the phone number, and called at least 10 times, but no one answered. If the phone number is wrong, please correct it. If the number is correct, your company's employees will escort your store. The buzzing store had no one to answer the call. Advise the boss to take stock. Your employees are not good enough. It may be that the boss is not good enough and the employees are indifferent. No one answered the phone, so I can only guess.

Took my car to check vibrate at the steering wheels as major problem. Tyres were also 4+ years. A staff named Tan said major problem is the tyres. After lengthy discussion I changed the 4 tyres. After changing, the vibrate at steering wheel still exists. I called Tan and he said 'I have told you both and its you who decided to change the tyres'. I managed to call their previous staff named Chun. He instantly explained the functions of engine mounting and said problem is due to engine probing without seeing the vehicle. Do I need to take my car back to Tan?

Went for a routine service but ended up with a lot of unnecessary parts replacement with exaggerated advice on maintenance. Complaint to HQ without further response. Very poor customer service!

Got my tyres changed today. Very good service and team is very humble and friendly. Kanna the service manager is very Supportive and helped to choose the right tyres. Thanks Kanna

The supervisor (wearing shirt in white), showing his ego and stubborn personality by showing himself was right in every single words he said. Never visit this place again.

Honest young lady served me with smiling, I forgot to ask her name. I went to fit my RFID sticker, well done.

Can't~ the service is too bad！tall, thin, old in white clothes Service advisors don't serve customers! When I came to him, he acted as if he couldn't see me! There is also a supervisor who will not arrange staff to work!

Came here to buy n install RFID on a weekday. Completed the whole process in less than 10mins coz I was the only customer. The second time was one week after on a Monday to install RFID to wife's car. There was one other customer before us but our install was completed also very fast. This place also does tire service, maintainance n repair works. Price wise not sure

Lukily not much people in front of my turn, so short waiting time. Alignment was done properly and professionally. Price also very good as Hunter machine was used.

Very bad service I came to the center to change my tyres at the time only one car in attendance by mechanic and I am the second car. After 1 hour of waiting they have not attended and completed by car only change 2 tyres and alignment. They attended to other cars increased by 10 cars. I complained to supervisor and boss they could not be bothered. Today is Chinese New year day 4 and many workers but no system of first come first serve. Other shops less than 30 minutes job is done. Very bad very bad don't come here anymore

Came here with diff cars and got completely diff treatment. If u come in a nice car, the service comes to you quicker. If u come in a cheaper car, u almost need to beg for service.
They would attend to bigger cars that come in later on the queue. I got my tyre patched and the work was alright

Few time there, they just ignore u. So I left. Price also not cheap, alignment adjustment also not so good.

Did my wheel balancing and alignment on Sept 7th. Next day when steering the Jln Kemajuan hairpin loop, my steering wobbled but thought it was a problem with the road surface. Couple days later, experience similar problem when steering through the sharp Jln Tujuan/Jln Subang underpass bend. Suspecting something wrong, started monitoring and decided to send back to check yesterday, 19th Sept. Mechanic said that it's the lower arm problem, quoted 1k+ for repair. Was it a co-incidence? How come the Mechanic did not detect this during the alignment and test drive? Does the lower arm problem happens overnight?

Professionalism is on point. Well-trained mechanic. They know what they're doing. Be careful though, this workshop is located beside a cornered road. You might miss the entrance if you drive too fast.

Pricey charges, convenient location, decent service. If you're not in a rush, there would be cheaper options albeit slightly further from the location.

This outlet is spacious and has more than 6 repair bays. They provide good service and multiple tyre choices. Special mention to their Supervisor Ah Choon who gives sound advice on keeping your car in the safest of condition. Price is reasonable also.

Im using their service for
1. RFID fitting - right setting, so i never have problem at toll.
2. Change tyres - good selection, fitting and advice.
3. Oil Maintenance - abit pricey but im happy, so let them earn lah for their honesty.
4. Record keeping - this is more important for me as some workshop not keeping my record. Busy people sometimes misplaced receipts.
5. They accept walk in - so its convenient for me.

Cheap doesnt always mean good.
And Quality never cheap.
They had spend on equipments and trained staff.
Let them earn for the quality of work.
RM30-100 differences solve headache long term for me. So im paying.

Arrived there and was told my tyre change would take 2 hours - mine took longer than that. Other cars that arrived later were prioritised first and finished earlier. I wish they were more systematic.
