All staff are very friendly polite and helpful. The price are reasonable and service is first class. Highly recommented!

The lady in the office was very helpful and gave me WhatsApp number for ease of communication. I have a hearing impairment so find this much easier! She was very responsive on messages and arranged for guys to come out at short notice to patch tyre. The guys also checked the others and pointed out to me the year on them and wear and tear.
I'm taking into the garage for them to be replaced and I'm so grateful they checked all of them and not just the flat. It could have resulted in an accident otherwise.

Find a technician called Kenny because he is one to aim for when servicing your car. Very friendly and knowledgable. Sunday still open.

The service at Lim Tyre located at Jalan Ulu Kelang, Ukay Heights, KL is very good and reliable. Mr Fong is very helpful and provides excellent professional advice.

Lim Tayar is known for being expensive. I still go there anyway. They are very reliable and i know my car is in safe hands. So far i am very satisfied with the service they provide.

I don't think it's a good idea go here. A tyre patch charged RM 10.60, plus I've waited like a statue that tooks me forever just to create a bill. There's no customer in front of me too!

Service the tyre is fast, but fast no use ok? No double check with bubble water, not even cut off the patch line.

The most irritating part is the charges. Really? ! A very standard service just to patch a tyre ur charges is RM 10.60 with sst? This cost how much? Ur labour fee also for a minute only.

Business also please la, it's community service also. Hv ur heart of conscious please. Goodbye!

The foreman is a really nice chap and provides good advice. The frontline team, a lady is hussy and irritable, until i asked her whether she had a bad day, n then she became nicer, guess she realised she's been observed and i think the manager too, looks very clean for a tire shop is not friendly n not about to get his hands dirty.

Overall, svc was fast, cos i was their 2nd car there, change of new tires, flip from back to front, alighnment and balancing in less then 45 mins. Nway, i hv always trusted my tyres changing at Lim Tayar Ampang for many years.

Went this morning at 11.10am 11th Nov 2021 and enquired to flip both my front tyres inside outside and balancing. But female supervisor said NOT FREE. Bravo. Such a big shop and reluctant to do small job is it. Alightment area still got 2 empty parking, not even a full house. TQ and no next time then.

Lim Tayar well known for being expensive. They tend to oversell by using tactics like "Boss your tires very old" etc. But what annoyed me most, damaged all my 4 rims when they did wheel balancing. Took my car home and noticed all 4 rim's centre bore paint was damaged. I suspect workers over tighten the balancing machine's wing nut or poor handling while performing wheel balancing. Will I recommend? Only when in emergency or you have no other tire shops to go to.

Family been sending our cars here for maybe over a decade.

We stopped 2 years ago after a series of dodgy incidents. One our cars was sent in to do balancing and they said the break pads were finished. However that car had just done break pad replacement during an official under warranty service elsewhere. Then my 4x4 had gone in for alignment issues but it came back with one severely worn out tyre which we changed only 5 months prior.

Great customer service. Something you don't see in most places anymore. Always quick to solve your issues. The last I serviced my car here, they took extra effort to check spare tires and top up water in the wiper washer. Great place to service your vehicles to keep it safe for your family and loved ones.

The place area is very convenient, clean and have waiting area that you can prefer to do your own drinks and have snacks to munch while waiting. Plus, you can get this Calendar 2020 for FREE.

Standby duit saja kalau mai sini. Ada saja part yg nak kena tukaq. Dajei tui. Waiting Area memang cozy gila dengan free WiFi laju lg. Sapa nak torrent boleh mai sini.

Always attentive and knowelagable unfortunately difficult to access at this time but worth going because of the service quality.
