Products are ok, especially price/performance ratio. After sales service: workers with bad attitude, no safety awareness, rough handling of delicate parts. CAVEAT: The warranty excludes a lot, i.e. A fresh installed bearing failing after 3 month is not covered because its a wear and tear part (although regularly checked and lubed).

Products seems moderate classifications as well as technically sound.i was in search of cross flow cooling towers and studied a lot on net and found Liang Chi one of the best manufacturers.
