7I went there to submit my motor vehicle claims. It was fast. Not crowded. All documents checked and in order done in 15 mins without hassle.
I came for my additional coverage on Perlis and Windscreen. And the service attendance asked me to come 2 different times on these two additional coverage. Didn't expect Kurnia to have such bad service. When I came for the second time for Perlis coverage, the service attendance seen like he didn't want to serve me. After clearing all verification, he requested an inspection. With immediate action, I went out to get my car. After waiting for 10 minutes, he was still sitting at his desk. After my invitation, finally he moved out and said he was busy with letters. A big question mark on myself. You are servicing me, and you ask customer to wait. Although he had done the inspection on my car, he refused to issue a cover note. And refer me to the agent who sold me insurance. Why? If the agent sold me, does it mean I am not Kurnia's customer? I felt very disappointed by the arrangement. Please improve your service quality and train your staff!
Pejabat insurans berpindah dari Bandar Baru Bukit Rajah ke Bandar Setia Alam. Goggle map untuk dapat lokasi baru. Kaunter services bagus dan cepat untuk buat withdraw dan renew policy insurance kereta. Banyak diskaun jika terus perbaharui insurance di sini berbanding dibuat dengan agent.
